Booked a property through Beach Retreats. When we arrived the property was not properly cleaned and we were faced with toe nails on the floor and hairs all over the sofa. that plus a few other issues and beach retreats basically said it was down the owners cleaners and there was nothing they could do. Not acceptable. shame this company has got so big it is not worries about long term guests that have always booked with them. Beware high priced houses that arent matched to the quality and cleanliness

Little Duck is such a lovely cottage. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. It was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The beds were very comfortable. When we arrived (which was late in the evening) it was so lovely coming in to such a cosy home with the lamps left on ready for us. We didn't expect to be in the cottage much as the weather was so lovely but we found ourselves back there a lot and ate most of our meals at the cottage. We had an absolutely brilliant holiday. Thank you.

Great property with all mod cons, cleanliness is top rate. Spectacular views of the sea, tide and sand dunes. All amenities on your doorstep no need to use the car locally.
Beach Retreats were very helpful and always correspondent with you every step of the way.

We had previously stayed on the floor above which was also lovely. The balcony on no 2 felt a bit exposed to passers by so a nice screen on the right hand side would have been nice. On arrival there was a large amount of seagul deposits which we had to clean off but apart from that the apartment was very clean and well presented. The view is fantastic. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice and well supplied with everything you would need. Just bring your own fairy liquid and surface cleaner as there was none in the flat. The bed was very comfy. Overall a lovely apartment in a very nice area. Handy for lots of beautiful places to visit

Stayed at 37 penthouse and what an amazing property is. The property was clean and well equipped the welcome pack was a nice touch with milk tea coffee and shortbread. The property is in a quiet and perfect location. The view was breathtaking. The booking system online was easy to follow and check in with straightforward.

Fabulous stay in Falmouth. Stayed in ‘Port’ in the Liner, a perfect one bedroom apartment overlooking Gyllyngvase beach. Ideal for exploring Falmouth and further afield, several delicious restaurants within walking distance and a gorgeous balcony to enjoy the view. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were even able to extend our stay as the weather was so great.

We had a lovely holiday in Porthcothan Bay, staying at the Roundhouse through Beach Retreats. The weather was not great but the property is big so we made use of it on rainy days. The roundhouse is a super quick drive to the beach or a 10 minute walk, Porthcothan Bay was so lovely and we all enjoyed popping down. The property was quiet and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit one night too.
We have stayed at the roundhouse 3 times now and plan to return next year. Its perfect for larger families with 5 bedrooms and plenty of space. I would highly recommend it.

3rd time we’ve stayed with Beach Retreats. Each time the property has need excellent and communication from Beach Retreats has been first class. Highly recommended

 Our first trip to Cornwall exceeded our expectations. 1 Trevose has all of the creature comforts, everything we needed was there plus front and rear gardens which is ideal when you have a dog. Beautifully laid out apartment just a lovely relaxing stay and of course that view, how can you possibly be disappointed with that

Terrible, booked 9 An Garth North Quay in Hayle, Cornwall Totally surrounded by horrific building work, Beach Retreats not interested at all. This building work will last for at least the next two years, don’t waste your money. Book somewhere else with another Company This is how beach retreats replied, they said we could leave early but they would charge us £266.00 for a one night stay cleaning charge.

Stunning location, great company. Nice personal touches like the welcome screen and daily tide information. Quick response times. Waves apartment in Watergate Bay was very clean and incredibly well equipped. Hope to return soon.

From the moment of booking our stay in one of their managed properties the communication been spot on in the run up to our stay

The booking and support from Beach Retreats was great...9/10 only -ve was there was no introductory file with instructions at the accommodation....yes I know everything is online...but as there is no mobile signal and the wifi is not the best paper back up is required.
The garden has just been left to its own devices which is a shame as others on the complex have been cared for.
No mobile signal, wifi is weak but thinks can be fixed easily (separate instructions sent to beach retreats for the owner.
Shame about the builders vans spoiling to the view every morning!
BUT we did have a great time and these are just minor things that could be fixed....would give our stay 9/10. Great to have a fully equipped kitchen, fabulous location on the beach and parking

Don't use any other company when booking in Cornwall. Great choice of accommodation to suite all budgets never any issues

6 The Liner Falmouth and Beach Retreats - Shocking and Avoid!

The apartment itself was so poor on so many fronts. Sofa not fit for anyone to sit in, no sink drainage, poorly furnished and terrible quality for over £1100+ for 5 nights shocking. Just above the neighbouring hotel gym noise from 6am that weren’t warned about and construction all weekend starting at 7am. Couldn’t open windows, boiling hot, no fans. TVs not working anywhere. Cleaned terribly. Beach retreats came over the next day and took an entire inventory of things that were wrong and did absoloutely nothing about it. Washed their hands of it and hid behind the owners of the property. No partial refund or rectification of the situation. Who ever owns beach retreats should be ashamed of themselves. Poor service and unacceptable customer service and worse terrible management of the property and incredibly greedy owners who don’t care about the guests but only care about making money. Would never stay at the property as a guest or use beach retreats ever again! Shocking!

Quick to respond to enquiries, informative emails. Dealt with a few minor issues experienced at the accommodation quickly and professionally.

Beach Retreats were very good, helpful with any problems. Only issue is no proper reviews left on properties from previous guests.
