Bear and Rose レビュー

This year marks the 6th year I’ve ordered place settings for Christmas from Bear and rose!

The way the orders are packaged is wonderful, so delicately wrapped and the boxes they are posted in can then be used to store them should you wish to reuse them.

Every single order and design has been incredible and this year is no different, I know I will be back again.

My lion wall light was beautiful, unfortunately it seemed to be faulty and wouldn’t light up the second time I had tried. I contacted BearandRose, they are sending me a new one out and have asked me to recycle the one I had been sent originally. I cannot wait to see it in my son’s newly decorated room. Overall, sturdy well made features and excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning, already telling so many people about this company! Thank you.

Different product. Good service. Packaging good. Value for money.

Excellent product but the double sided tape that’s included is awful, we used white tac in the end.
My fault entirely but we ordered silver metallic but looked too grey on our wall so we painted it, absolutely love it

We had an issue with the items delivered and Sarah helped us with the matter. Very pleased with the items and the support. I honestly think it’s a little expensive for what you get, but it is personalised and you get great customer service.

Fantastic customer service, beautiful product, would definitely but from them again

Lovely set of stars looks amazing in my sons nursery

Perfect product, personalised perfectly, quick delivery. Very happy. Will definitely order from here again!

I have only recently been introduced to Bear and Rose and what a wonderful company it is. The products are beautiful and tasteful and the communication and customer service is superb. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I would highly recommend this company and their products. I am looking forward to ordering more. Many thanks Bear and Rose

As lovely as the make is, your photos need updating. Yes you have updated the item description, but left old product photos of when actual chalkboard was used and not acrylic. This is misleading and changing a product like this makes school photo’s with kids that are not neurotypical harder. Please be aware of what changes like this can do.

Lovely item, wrapped beautifully. My son I so happy

Lovely product well made. Great comms and fast service. First time I’ve bought from here and will definitely again

Amazing quality. Fast quick service. Lovely customer service checking set out of item.
Would definitely buy again.

We wanted a lovely name tag for my little boy's ashes. Sadly he passed away after a brutal battle with a DIPG brain tumour.

The name tag was perfect, really inexpensive and arrived so quickly. Thank you Bear and Rose.

Excellent product - brilliant communication

Quick delivery, beautifully packaged parcel arrived and the item was just what I was after!

Imagine selling a product to stick to the wall and not even putting the sticking pads on it or even cutting them down to size, height of laziness! Will never use again

Great packaging and quick delivery. Very pleased.

Love my new oak "lets get cosy" for the wall.
