Horrible nightmare shopping here. They sent me a wrong article, the most cheaper at the price of the most expensive. Lies after lies.
In order to return the wrong article I had to pay the shipping costs because they don't pay the shipping costs in any case.
After 3 days of returned the wrong article they don't answer any of my emails and I didn't receive the refund.
They charge me 110€ for a wrong article, the article that I ordered was out of stock but it appears in the webshop as "in stock" , even right now, after my bad experience.

DON'T BUY AT BEASTYBIKE!! in Meppel, Netherlands.
This is an advice.

UPDATE May 14th:
And finally I received the refund of the wrong article. As mentioned in others reviews they put for sale articles out of stock, if you buy some of them after will be a nightmare to receive the refund or treating with them.

UPDATE May 13th:
They have seen the review on Trustpilot and they have now refunded me only 25 €, something they don't have to do because the wrong item costed 110€ including the shipping costs.
It seems that they want to blackmail me with the full refund of the item in exchange for deleting the Trustpilot review and for that they are now returning only €25.
This behavior is completely reportable even to the police, not only for this, but for the sale of items that they do NOT have in stock!?!

AUCUN FEEDBACK, rien, j'ai passé une commande la semaine dernière, je n'ai aucune nouvelle va t'elle etre expédiée ? après une semaine, je demande un remboursement, et aucune réponse.

J’attends toujours une commande effectuée il y a six semaines.
Je demande un remboursement en vain. Le service client m’a répondu qu’ils réexpédieraient mon colis dès qu’il serait de retour chez eux.
Pas joignable par téléphone. Juste par mail ou whatsapp. Le service client répond quand il veut.
En attendant, je roule sans lumière sur mon casque.

Ik heb vorig jaar fietslampjes gekocht. Helaas was er eentje vrij snel al niet meer functioneel, maar kreeg meteen een nieuwe. Na een jaar was de ander ook niet meer functioneel, ik kreeg ook voor deze een nieuwe. Dat producten snel kapot gaan is niet de verantwoordelijkheid van de winkel, maar van de fabrikant. De verantwoordelijkheid van de winkel is het oplossen en dat doen ze zeer goed.

Zeer leuke en fijne winkel. Heel goed geholpen met aanschaf bakfiets. Goede communicatie. Top!

Le soucis est que ne répondent pas au téléphone.il serait pas mal de remédier à ça et de mettre des employés qui gère les appels clients.

Ordered some items, checked that all were in stock as I knew stock was low everywhere of this particular item. After ordering I get an e-mail stating that it was on backorder. This is terrible as I only ordered from the site as they had apparently stock.

About 3 weeks later I get an email letting me know it had "shipped". The tracking link was broken, all emails from the store had broken text and computer jargon like "IMPORT COMPLETE". The support option on the website could not be used as it contained a broken captcha.

The chat support takes days to respond at times, so even getting a new tracking number took a long time. Looking into the tracking number the order was not shipped on the date stated, but about 5 days after. Eventually the package was apparently lost, after another week of trying to have a normal conversation with support. They offered to send the package again but I accepted a refund, which was processed immediately to their credit.

I would urge people to use any other shop, or at least be prepared for a long wait and bad support when the items you order are magically not in stock.

*update, I actually had to contact them again to make the refund go through.

Snel, echter 1 slecht puntje, er wordt om een geboorte datum gevraagt echter kan je dat niet intikken en moet je terug scrollen van 2023 naar bv 1950 en dat is ergggg vervelend om te doen.

I purchased a product from them which turned out to be unavailable. I reached out to inquire if it would be restocked within two weeks, and they assured me it would. Unfortunately, even after three weeks, the product never arrived. However, when I requested a refund, they promptly processed it, and I received my money back.

I would suggest that if you plan to make a purchase from them, ensure that the items you're interested in are actually in stock.

1 commande le 16 juin ;mayo se déroule correctement sur le site.
Le 22 juin pas de nouvelle > un coup de fil pour en savoir plus : certaines pièces de ma commande ne sont pas en stock (pas spécifié sur le site lors de la commande…); on me dit qu’on se renseigne auprès du fournisseur et qu’on me tient informé dans l’après-midi.
Le 26/06 je rappelle puisque personne n’est revenu vers moi (…) > aucune autre information…bref, je demande à annuler ma commande. On n’essaie même pas de me trouver une solution…on me remboursera d’ici 10jours…
Attention aussi le site n’est manifestement pas à jour : la note Trustpilot n’est pas la bonne / un bandeau annonce des frais de livraison offerts à partir de 120€ d’achat (ne s’applique pas lors du paiement).

A la vue des avis négatifs, j'ai essayé de les joindre par téléphone pour savoir si une pièce était en stock afin de passer commande. Résultat, impossible d'avoir un vendeur au téléphone, on vous invite à les contacter via la bulle de communication sur le site. Pour ma part, je suis allé voir ailleurs.

Horrible experience ! As mentioned multiple times in the comments before, they let you order articles which are not available any more, take your money and don’t respond to your emails to get your money back. I had to contact a lawyer to claim my money back for something I never received. If you want to avoid a hassle, you better stay away from this site !

Gekocht in een te gekke winkel, zeer sfeervol, hele toffe fietsen en zeer kundige eigenaren. Aanrader!

Stuart deserves a raise! His customer service is outstanding. I ordered an electric bike from them and wanted it in a black colour which got ordered in a different by mistake. Stuart called me to try to rectify this this quickly; he’s approachable and knows everything there is to know about bikes. Will definitely come back to the company again, incredible service for sure!

Site non sérieux a fuir. Produits indiqués en stock qui sont en rupture J ai commandé un casque en stock livraison précisée en 48h et aucune nouvelle au bout d’une semaine. Quand je les contacte on me répond qu’il n’y a pas de stock Et personne ne nous prévient en amont.
Ils se font de la trésorerie derrière le dos des clients. Ils ont mis un mois à me rembourser après de multiples relances de ma part. Honteux a fuir

Moest iets retourneren door eigen fout, helaas. Maar ze stonden vriendelijk en snel voor me klaar via de mail. Alles zo geregeld en het juiste product is onderweg.

Na Bianchi XR wilde ik een nieuwe bijzondere italiaans raspaardje (racefiets) kopen. Ik koos de Cinelli Pressure. Na een zoektocht waar ik deze fiets kon kopen kwam ik uit bij L'Hirondelle by BeastyBike in Meppel. Een gezellige fietswinkel met hart en sfeer voor het fietsen (gravel, urban, fixie, electrisch, race). Door de 'shop-in-shop' samenwerking met een kundige bikefitter Jan Glorie heb ik met hen het gehele traject doorlopen tot en met moment van levering van een waanzinnig mooie racefiets. Het was een super leuk proces waarbij BeastyBike en Jan Glorie de tijd namen om iets goeds en unieks te bieden.

Ik was op zoek naar een goede fiets voor mijn dochter en kwam uit op de Woom 3. Gebeld met Sjoerd van BeastyBikes. Zeer vriendelijk en deskundig te woord gestaan en uitmuntend advies gekregen. Je merkt dat ze passie voor fietsen hebben! Kan ik iedereen aanbevelen!
