I ordered the 7 LED lights Face and neck rejuvenator,but when it arrived it was faulty so I contacted customer service and they sent me a link so I could return it free of charge through Royal mail,i sent an email to say it had been sent and a few days later customer service team at BEAUTAHOLICS contacted me to say they had dispatched my replacement which I received two days later,and wow what a lovely little power house it is I use it every morning and evening after applying my skin care products and my skin is glowing,so much smoother,the skin on my neck and jew line is much more toned.I love the feeling my skin has after using my GloLift it's a sort of tingle all over my face and Neck ,I can't wait to see the long term results, soooo please I brought it,BEAUTAHOLICS is a great UK based company with brilliant customer service and products, highly recommend,10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rated

Fantastic service
What fantastic service I bought a Glam wave automatic hair curler absolutely loved it, but unfortunately it stopped working.
I I emailed and somebody got back to me straightaway said to pack it up free return and received within two weeks a brand-new curler. Absolutely brilliant service would thoroughly recommend them.

Purchased the glam light professional hairdryer for personal use being hairdryer myself in December 2024. Love the hairdryer. Light weight , easy to use . Had a little problem with the nozzle by April 25 , sent customer services an email asking if it should be happening .sent photos off and within a couple days I was sent a free post label to return and a new hairdryer !!! Amazing customer service thank you . So unusual nowadays to receive such excellent service . Defo recommend

Stopped working after a couple of weeks
Think I have a faulty pair of glasses. To start with I could feel them working on the right side but the left side didn’t feel as strong. I’ve been using them about 2 weeks and seen absolutely no improvement in my bags or black circles and last night they stopped working. They are lighting up red and showing fully charged but nothing happens when I put them on. Disappointed they stopped working after a few weeks and that they had no effect on my eye bags and dark circles after all the reviews that said people saw improvement with in 2 weeks. I actually think my bags look more swollen after using them

The product does not work . I have informed them and was told I cannot have a refund I think this is disgusting and I will be contacting the Ombidsman .

As advised these things do take time. We do not make any claims of overnight success. Our customer service team are available to provide any advice on product use that you might need.

Royal Mail damaged my GloLift eyez glasses when they delivered them by posting through an open window which was above my sink.... which had water in!
Beautaholics were so quick to respond, so friendly and so helpful!
They took care of it for me and really quickly!
A pleasure to speak to and I would definitely buy from this company again.
I'm also happy with the item I purchased. It's too early to comment on results yet, but all seems great.
