Love this collagen can add to my coffee or smoothie no taste. My nails are much stronger and skin is firmer.

Upcoming subscriptions are hidden within other 'marketing' emails that you might ignore, as I did, so you are unaware that your next subscription has gone out. I've ended up paying for an item I didn't want. So have now cancelled the subscription completely. Having read other reviews, seems this is common and has totally put me off this company.

Delivery and service are great. I’m enjoying taking the sachets, I do think my skin feels better, haven’t noticed much change in my hair but am at week 9 so will continue. I do like the product and would recommend trying.

I’ve been a customer for several years with no issues, however I skipped a subscription order as I was needed away from home and I couldn’t be at home to receive it. The order was dispatched anyway and they are not responding to my emails to give an explanation. I have no idea what has happened to the order
So beware of taking out a subscription

So far Absolute collagen has been good. Always without fail delivered on time and I am noticing little changes like the skin on my elbows is really soft now so I know you have to give it a while and I hope to see more changes.

Ordered this product and should have listened to all the reviews regarding cancelling and all the difficulties they had.
Cancelled the subscription over 10 days ago however woke up Friday morning to a payment of £55.98 pending and email telling me my order was being prepared for dispatch. Phoned immediately apparently I hadn’t cancelled the subscription as I never set up an account, the photo attached will evidence I did!
Was told by the operative my order had been cancelled and a refund issued!
7 minutes later an email telling me the items had been dispatched and the pending payment went through!
The unwanted goods arrived this morning!
I will give them the opportunity to refund my money or I will submit a section 75. Keep all correspondence to get your money back you’re going to need it!
Update**
Charges now refunded several emails and phone calls later! However my feelings remain unchanged proceed with caution. I’ve been threatened with having this review deleted as “not genuine”, trust me it is!

In five weeks I have noticed such a difference to my energy levels and my skin elasticity. I’m really happy I decided to give it a try!

Iv tried a few different once but hopefully absolute collagen fits the bill only had one month as yet

Good quality product, happy with my purchase

Absolute collagen deep lift night cream feels good on my face and sinks in well but then leaves a kind of dried scum on my face. My skin feels nice but I don't like the semi dried bits clumping on my skin

So far so good although I used my last scoop on Friday and not had next batch delivered yet

ATTRACTION + PURCHASES
I dived into the subscription after accessing a promotion on the Vodafone VeryMe Rewards. The offer itself felt great value for money (well done Vodafone). I purchased an additional eye cream to make use of offers & free p&p.

DELIVERY & PACKAGING
Incredibly quick dispatch and delivery.
Neat, sturdy box, well designed with just the right amount of space for the 14 day oral collagen trial, as well as the spontaneous eye cream buy.
Both products slipped out easily, with a only a millimetre or so as empty space between product & packaging ...
With no room left to spare in the box, it would seem Absolute Collagen has invested as well in their packing as they have their band identity and marketing!

I expected to receive the powder collagen, having clicked through the Vodafone rewards to see powder collagen reviews.

I received plastic gel sachets...
More plastic than I felt I'd signed up to as powder would've been more paper-based packaging. Perhaps I didn't read the Ts&Cs well enough 🤷🏻‍♀️

The packaging was great, with press-down cardboard tabs to track which DATW you've taken the supplement.
While this meets end-users needs, it's definitely another bow to their marketing strategy arrow (you're good at business at least, Absolute Collagen 👏🏻).

TASTE
Disappointing!
The reviews I saw consistently said the gel tasted great.
I consumed the first one, immediately walked upstairs, and before I could reach the top I was running back down again to find something to mask the flavour!

And - prepare for TMI - my burps /breath afterwards tasted like fish 🤢

- I've only taken my first sachet of the gel product (maybe I need to adjust to it).

- note allergens!
- too early to tell, but perhaps the hideous taste is worth 'beauty' promises... For some?!

→ I'm not yet qualified to say. We're all willing to

make personal compromises for the things that we feel serve us well. If you can compromise on taste, give it a go to decide for yourself.
* Will I continue the subscription?
→ No. Already exploring competitors.
