Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused with your order.



You ordered 15 units of the product, and 12 units were dispatched. As the remaining 3 units were unavailable and could not be included in the shipment, we processed a refund for those items.



We understand that receiving fewer items than expected can be disappointing, and we apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
