Bought a Victoria Beckham Poshbalm
I have to say this is designed very cleverly as you can't actually see how much you get, because the way you wind the applicator up doesn't allow for you then to wind it back down again, so once you've wound it up to reveal product, the applicator stays locked in that position , I really like this balm but it runs out so quickly which makes me think there's actually a very small amount of the balm in the actual applicator to begin with. I think at £31 for how long this lasts is a quite a rip off and a clever design to make you buy more. Not a happy customer

My wife likes the products, but the delivery delay, (12 days for two simple eyeliners) is awful, and they seem to use AI customer service response and they simply do not care one jot about whether the customer is happy or not.

I bought the eye pencil it kept breaking then the middle of it fell out disappointing for £30

I've purchased lipstick and mascara previously and was so impressed.. So I decided to try the kajal eye liner pencil and 'WOW' !! I love it. It glided on and end result was just what I wanted. Price again as I mentioned on my other review is expensive. I don't overloads with too much makup few I do wear I'm kinda happy to spend especially if cleaner too. I also received a sample of perfume and also really liked this. Would really like to try foundation to complete my routine but is beyond my financial line but if on offer will definitely try plus the perfume would be a Christmas request lol.. Delivery was super quick no issues. Yep I'm becoming a fan I can't believe the low review stars which seems to be delivery issues nit the product which is a shame x

I really wanted to love this eyeliner and had waited quite a while to purchase it as it’s a luxury, splurge product.

However, there are two major faults to prevent loving it - namely that after the first sharpening the nib either falls back into the pencil - thus I have to hang it a jaunty angle to apply (an overly thick) application due to the inconvenience; or the nib falls out completely and the pencil requires sharpening again.

At this price these are pretty unacceptable design faults, so sadly I shall have to return to my tried and trusted Estee Lauder eyeliner pencil.

Appalling how a luxurious brand chose to rely on Evri for their deliveries. Tracking not updated for 24 hrs and no response form VB customer service.

Dreadful experience I received an order and it was defective very poor quality I have been dealing with Valeria who is so rude after two days waiting for them to approve the return I now have to pay to return and a re stocking fee this is against my rights as a consumer who received faulty goods , this company are dograceful don’t order from them the quality of what I received was dreadful pulled threads crooked stitching and now I am being charged to return I asked Valeria to pass my complaint to a supervisor and she refused just dreadful they now won’t reply I just want my refund without delay order number B3302079

I had the pleasure to sample VBB products at the counter in Harrods. I am from Germany and didn’t want to purchase the kajals and foundation online, as I always miss the right colors - so I tried them on the spot and my experience couldn’t have been better. The make up artist Thoa was super skilled and helped me to find the right kajal and foundation colors, showed me some great techniques how to apply and smudge and honestly: it was perfect. I love the products and highly recommend to buy them in person.

Je suis étonnée de lire tous les avis négatifs … pour ma part deux commandes et deux fois ravies. J adore les eye-liners ( même si , vu qu ils sont crémeux, ils ne tiennent pas longtemps je trouve ) les couleurs sont magnifiques et super facile à appliquer . Les deux commandes ont été envoyées rapidement. Dans la seconde ce n était pas l échantillon demandé .. j ai écrit au service clientèle et ils m ont refait un envoie avec l échantillon demandé au départ . Sincèrement merci je ne m y attendais pas .. voilà mon expérience ;-)

Je suis vraiment ravie du service client de Victoria Beckham Beauty. Alysa a été adorable, très réactive et vraiment à l’écoute. Elle a pris le temps de trouver une solution et a pu faire rediriger mon colis de la France vers la Pologne, sans aucun frais supplémentaire. Tout a été géré avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.

J’adore les produits Victoria Beckham Beauty et je suis déjà une grande fan de la marque, mais une expérience client comme celle-ci fait vraiment toute la différence. Un immense merci à Alysa pour son aide, sa patience et sa bienveillance ❤️

I order eye pencils I saw on a Facebook ad. Beware of the extremely quick checkout with no time to review items you purchased, even in error. The. Items arrived with great packaging but little else with an item I didn’t want in my order. Customer service was useless and a waste of time. Average products are way overpriced.

I ordered the eyeliner and can say this is by far the softest eyeliner I ever used. It glides on effortlessly and is very easy to blend out with an eyeliner brush. I am a bit disappointed about a discount offered for 1st time buyers. They offer it but trying to claim it is a different story. I was not able to claim the discount and when I called customer service they denied ever offering it. So apparently I made it up. This to me is bad business, I turn away quickly from situations like this but I kept hearing reviews about how soft this eyeliner is I had to try it.
I have sensitive skin and allergic to most cosmetics but so far so good. The color I got is beautiful but trying to find the name on the pencil is a puzzle, I ordered 2 different colors but both pencils show the same color so I find this very frustrating. I hope they keep records of past purchases. I do recommend this eyeliner for mature woman, so easy to use and no pulling on the eyelid to smooth it out.

The foundation (liquid drops) goes on lovely however it’s got a very distinctive smell which isn’t very nice it also if you slightly touch your face it transfers very easily so I would say this is an all day foundation very pricey for what you get and I haven’t noticed it’s made any difference to my skin to what I normally wear

Highly recommend VB's products the 👁 liners are from very good quality pencil is very soft on the 👁 definitely value for money it's worth paying that extra bit more. The colours of the make-up are outstanding soft on the eyelids and the Goods are very nice packed and I love my velvet pouch.

I absolutely love the Foundation Drops with TFC8. This foundation glides on like an absolute dream and the colour match is perfect. It's not the cheapest foundation but it is worth every penny and is the only foundation I will use now.

I bought the lip pencil. Very disappointed with it, especially for the price. My usual Laura Geller one is far better. The pencils themselves however (I also have a Kajal eyeliner) are very good quality. What's the point of that though when the product inside is rubbish?

I have only recently purchased a Victoria Beckham satin kajal eyeliner for £33.
Unfortunately i am extremely dissapointed with it.
Lost most of it when sharpening it. I've worn eyeliner for 47 years. Tried pretty much every eyeliner over that time, but this really honestly is not worth £33. Had it a week and not even half of it left.
I've never had an eyeliner keep breaking like this when being sharpened.
I wish I'd taken notice of the bad reviews before I wasted £33 of my hard earned cash.. I wont be buying another.

Never had an issue with VBB. Products fantastic and delivered on time. If people have experienced delivery issues it is the local service at fault not the company.

Lip balm was defective. I had expected better packaging based on reviews but got the products in dollar store type packaging. Very disappointed and not posh at all!

Box delivered with no products inside. Terrible service
