Don’t expect this company’s customer services to respond to you, terrible and I mean absolutely terrible people handling customers.

Giving it 3 stars cause their dresses are still rather good quality.

I needed the dress to ship to Ireland quicky since we have an event. Customer service was very supportive to ship the dress and pre-clear VAT and Duty for us so there will be no delay.

Most importantly the dress is of high quality material. The size guide on the website is not really accurate so go with your normal dress size which worked for me.

Will order again from them.

I ordered a dress from Beauut. When I had not received the dress or a despatch email and I saw other reviews for the website I decided to contact them. I tried to contact them via the website and via email but received no response. I also rang a number of times but the contact number was for a mobile which went straight to voicemail every time. Then, without explanation, I was refunded the cost of the dress - no email, no return call and no dress! Very poor service. I will not be ordering again but at least I got my money back.

Appalling service. Returned a dress over 1 month ago. I have emailed them 6 times with proof of return, called twice and still have not received a refund. The only contact number for the company is a mobile. I am disgusted with their customer service and will be taking this further. Do not buy from their website.

Dress is really fab and service is low but overall dress is impt.

I ordered a dress directly from their website. Unfortunately it did not fit, I returned it to their London address (recorded delivery) and have chased a refund via email and telephone, but all messages are ignored. I'm still waiting to hear about the refund.

Do NOT order from their website!

I originally ordered a Beauut dress through Debenhams. The dress was beautiful and well made but I wanted the next size so ordered direct from Beauut.com as Debenhams did not have it in stock. The website was good and easy to use. I ordered two dresses and received a confirmation email saying I’d be informed when the items were dispatched. I never received a dispatch email and had to contact them through a mobile number. From then on the company only replied to me through text (with poor English). After several attempts as contact I was given a wrong tracking number before being given the correct one. After 2 weeks my package turned up. However, it had been poorly secured and the bag had been opened with one of the dresses missing. There was no delivery note. I contacted Beauut and was told that this hadn’t happened but luckily I took photos to prove the bag was split open. I was eventually offered a refund for the missing dress but again was not contacted to say this had been processed. It took 4 days to get a response from Beautt to confirm the refund which was received without problems.
However, despite the problems the dress is beautiful (a little long) but well made and of a high quality. I would definitely buy more dresses from Beautt if only the service and communication could be improved.
