Beautiful Dress with Perfect Fit and Quality.
I’m delighted with my brown dress from Lace & Beads. It fits perfectly, feels comfortable and lovely to wear, and the quality, style, and attention to detail are excellent. I received so many compliments and felt beautiful and confident the day I wore it for my birthday dinner.
I highly recommend Lace & Beads and will definitely shop with them again🤎

Disappointing quality, poor fit and an unnecessarily inconvenient returns process

I ordered two dresses from Lace & Beads and was incredibly disappointed with both.

The material of both dresses felt unpleasant and cheap, certainly not reflective of the prices being charged, even at the reduced sale prices. The fit was equally disappointing, particularly the bust area, where the cups seemed completely disproportionate to the dress sizes. The overall construction and sizing left a lot to be desired.

To make matters worse, the returns process is unnecessarily inconvenient and outdated. Customers are expected to arrange and pay for their own tracked returns, rather than being offered a straightforward returns service.

Admittedly, I should have checked the returns policy before ordering, but given that Lace & Beads is a relatively well-known and established brand, I reasonably assumed there would be a more convenient and customer-friendly process in place. Had I realised how much of the responsibility for arranging a return would fall on the customer, I wouldn’t have placed an order in the first place.

Overall, a really disappointing experience. The quality and fit didn’t justify the prices, and the returns process has put me off ordering from Lace & Beads again.

The dresses on the website are beautiful.. If I could afford all of them I would buy them all. I recently purchased a dress that needed an exchange for a bigger size.. Customer service the prompt delivery of my dress was 10/10.. Not only did they deal with me in kindness but understood my concern with such grace.. I highly recommend this company not only are the dresses beautiful and unique but the customer satisfaction is amazing..

Excellent customer service , ordered a dress I had been waiting to come back into stock for wedding and the wrong item arrived . I needed the dress the next day and they immediately rectified the issue and sent the correct item via next day delivery. Honestly incredibly impressed by the level of attentiveness, incredible service.
The dress was beautiful on and got lots of compliments including from the bride and mother of the bride . Will definitely head to lace and beads when I need an occasion dress in future

Perfect wedding guest dress, I ordered a 12 and am usually between 10/12 and it fit me perfectly, there was also room for my 34FF chest.
Quick delivery and nicely packaged, no complaints!

I received outstanding customer service from Lace & Beads. I needed to return my first dress as it was too small but had only a short time to replace with a bigger size in time for my neices wedding. Sadiq from customer care responded to my e mail within 2 hours. He provided my returns label by return e mail and allowed me to screenshot the proof of posting so that he could arrange delivery of the larger size. I received the larger size the next day! Above and beyond!
The dress is beautifully made (Madison maxi in blue dahlia) and with quality fabric.
I am so happy with my dress and the excellent experience with Lace&Beads customer care.
I highly recommend them.

Do not order unless you are prepared to organise the return yourself - it cost me £10 to return and I had to set up my own Evri courier to drop it off at. Furthermore, you have to start the return within 14 days to receive a refund.
The dress was cute but felt cheap considering the price.

Update - Lace and Beads reached out to me to offer to refund my postage fees which was a kind gesture of goodwill. They also said they are working on setting up a returns portal which is good to hear!!

My return was held by Royal Mail through no fault of the companies or mine and upon raising the query with customer service at lace & beads they investigated and responded quickly the customer service was professional yet compassionate and they agreed to action my refund without even recieved the dress back yet I appreciate this very much! I will be ordering from them again in the near future
