Delivery took 6 weeks should have been 4 days. Poor communication about what was happening with delivery. I had to do all the chasing. Promised to deliver several times and it didn't happen. When it did turn up no notification emails in advance. Have used before and had good service. May be a one off...

It took almost 6 weeks for delivery and l had phoned to check l could use the multi purpose compost to pot on plants on our nursery and was told yes. It does not work for potting on it had to be mixed with a multi purpose with peat. Disappointed.

So just to update on the situation the reply says that they have sent me a direct email regarding my order, this has not materialized, they have also asked me to telephone them again but I am loathe to be stuck on hold for 45 minutes as before. So far nothing has changed.
I can’t believe that they are listed as over 4 stars, I placed an order on the 9th May, they quote 2 - 6 days delivery I still haven’t received my order no response to emails, they are not answering their phone I have now asked for a refund still no response. I have now been in touch with the bank to get my money back hopefully.

Well in follow up from my previous post on trustpilot. I have referred this to card company, but got to wait for a ridiculous period of time for them to run there process. Did also report to trading standards, still waiting on them to say anything. In the meantime, it’s appears Beavers website is no longer working and nor are the phone numbers that I had. Seems they have run off with all our monies.

Ordered twice before and apart from very late delivery, their products was high quality. I placed a third order on 25 th of may 2022 and so far no delivery .Becoming concerned , I tried to reach them by phone but calls are immediately cut off, their website is no longer active and no response to my emails. My conclusion is that the company certainly is gone bust or closed down! I now contacting my bank to refund me my £ 464.98 that I paid for product that never arrived !

Good quality compost although a little finer than I had assumed.
Delivery was a little late but they refunded the extra I had paid for faster delivery.

Absolutely shocking company, STAY CLEAR!!! Still to this date I still haven’t received any communication from them. I paid an extra £40 delivery fee for quick delivery for it to turn up 4-5 weeks later. Soil itself was good but it’s just a terrible terrible company.

Dreadful!! Had to go through my credit card company for compensation as hundreds of pounds worth of compost never delivered. No answers to calls or emails.

No stars . Absolute scam - do not order anything from this company. I had 3 failed delivery dates, then promised a refund within 2/5 days . Its over a month now - no refund and no response to 3 emails. Absolutely disgusted- basically theft !

The product wasn't well mixed so uneven spread of sand and organic matters. Screening not as advertised with 30mm stones, lots of glass and lots of plastics including earbuds, golf tees, electrical wire and plenty of plastic bag fragments. I spent days picking up the rubbish. Especially concerned with glass as daughter can't play in the garden until cleared.

Scam company. Ordered top soil at the end of March. No delivery despite repeated promises when they were still responding to emails. Order cancelled 3 weeks ago, no refund. Website now down.

I so wish I had read the reviews on here before I purchased from this company. Ordered 1400 litres of compost on 25th May, when website advised 3-4 working days delivery. That was three weeks ago. I have not had a single communication from them since the email confirming the order and payment taken from my card. I have hung on the phone for many hours, no joy in getting through. I have sent several emails to customer service, no reply. Website chat was down. Requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. Nothing back. It looks like my only chance of getting a refund against the undelivered goods will be to go through my credit card company. Who needs this hassle? What a shocking company.

The mulch seems good. It covered the area well.

No problem with the quality of the compost, but I paid for next day delivery and it came late. Customer services won’t answer the phone or respond to emails so it is impossible to talk to them. I wouldn’t use them again

It's ironic how I get an email asking for feedback yet many of emails to customer services got ignored. Even emails via PayPal were ignored. Issues resolved by PayPal in the end. It's a shame as I suspect they are usually a good company to buy from.

Ordered just before a bank holiday, so didn’t receive till the week after, however I was sent an email explaining this. I was very happy with the way the order was handled and I found them to be excellent quality. Very happy and will use again when my next raised bed arrives.

If you want a company that fails to deliver, fails to respond to correspondence and requires the use of the small claims court to retrieve your money then these are the people to use. If not, then shop elsewhere.

Placed my order back in April with a 5-7 day delivery. 15th June now and still have not received my purchase !!
My emails are ignored and their phone line is now disconnected.
I’m contacting my credit card company today to hopefully get refunded by them.

I ordered 3rd of May, money taken immediately,still no compost!! Impossible to get an answer on the phone & no reply to several emails!! This is so frustrating when you need what you’ve ordered especially at this planting time of year!! Don’t loose over £100 as I expect I have!!! Very bad service. Shame ad I have ordered several times before with no problems
