Ordered from deal on Facebook, didn’t really know what to expect. Delivery was quick, items were more in slim size will order up a size next time. Quality of items were good. Had a small problem but had email back within 2 hours and was sorted quickly with replacement delivered in 3 days. Excellent customer service, will use again

This website is an absolute joke, when you pay for a 2 pack of leggings as a Christmas present and only one pair arrives then they ask for all kinds like photographs of what has arrived and the paperwork to tell you it will be a lengthy process and take at least 30 days for them to respond then told a photograph of one pair isn't enough evidence that they didnt arrive (bare in mind it was them who asked for the photograph) this is the 3rd issue with this company now and quite frankly had enough. Such a shame as the first order I made a couple of years ago I was made up with the items were great! But the minute they make a mistake it's like they do their best not to rectify it.

Received 2 tracksuits and t-shirt set for Xmas from my partner they are ridiculously sized I am a medium/large and she went for large and they would fit a 12 year old !! My partner has been emailing to return and get refund and getting no response so we will under consumer rights act 2015 take this further to receive her monies back

So been looking for a new tracksuit and came across this clothing brand. It was a hard choice as they have so many tracksuits in different colours. I wanted to go for a different colour like burgundy and the tracksuit fits perfect

First time buying thesses and they are very comfortable and would buy again I did buy more stuff again love this make

Waited weeks for my clothes for my 8 year old grandaughter order clothes in a size 10 to 12 to be safe , got them on 23rd and guess what they won't fit her way too small even though I bought bigger size I'd say they would only fit a 6 yr old , I am gutted and even had to pay 16 euro tax too , never again ,waste of 90 euros

ordered stuff for my GF for Christmas only had the confirmation email now 5 days later nothing still account says "Paid" "Unfulfilled" like come on won't be using again

If I could give no stars I would been waiting for order for over 8days now haven't even been offered refund of delivery charge judging by what I'm reading on here alot of people have the same issues wished I had looked on here 1st!!@

I'd avoid if you want something delivered on the time this company states. Supposedly 5 days. I ordered something for my sons birthday which was 7 days later. I then get an email saying the policy 7 days. 10 days later I'm still waiting. Avoid

Good delivery time ,only - is the tops came up smaller so I would order 1 size bigger next time

2 hoodies aged 10-12 years wouldn’t even fit a 6 year old.

Ordered £50 pounds worth of clothes for my daughters birthday middle of Oct 21. Items never come and I chased and they said it was delivered to me and asked me to complete a form for a refund as nothing had arrived. I did this as the items have not arrived and then they came back and said Royal Mail delivered to next door - well next door did not have my delivery so no idea where is my delivery - was it sent , did royal mail take it who knows and now I am being told to wait for my money back for weeks already waited over 4 weeks this is not acceptable the issue is between them and royal mail not the customer. Customer service not great don't bother

Got a few deliveries off them and the products have always been really good. My trainers are soo comfy and the clothes I ordered fit perfectly. Will defo be ordering again

Got a tracksuit deal for 20 which came to 30 with delivery then I also had to pay 17 euro in import charges which is ridiculous. Tracksuit fits perfectly but I'd go up in size for t-shirt.
