I was stupid anyway with my spending habits- but could afford the payments! Then covid hit, and I was struggling! The IVA was something that I thought long and hard about, but for me it was the right decision. The team at Become Debt Free were helpful and informative, always replying quickly to any queries or concerns. Also, the fact that you can WhatsApp them to get a query through rather than spending ages on hold or in a queue on a telephone call was a plus point.
I got my IVA approved today, after making initial contact around Christmas time- and I honestly feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulder!
