I was so pleased I didn’t cry as I do get emotionally overwhelmed with having ADHD. Your patience with me processing the information was second to none. Thank you for being so wonderful on the phone. I can almost feel the weight I’ve been carrying on my shoulders getting so much lighter already! Asset to your team- My vote is for a pay rise ! X

Non judgemental and helpful

Callum was very helpful and I feel a lot more positive financially going forward.

I spoke with mums with debt via what’s app as I get quite nervous on the phone.

They made everything easy and made me feel at ease even when I had to speak to them on the phone.

Not once was I made to feel ashamed of my debt and was treated with dignity and respect.
I definitely feel like a weight has been lifted.

Kevin dealt with my case, he was brilliant, so understanding and did not judge me. He found the right solution that worked for me. So thankful, and grateful.

From start to finish the service has been quick and outstanding. Not once have I been made to feel ashamed of my circumstances and have been treated with respect and kindness. Callum in particular has been so kind and helpful. Its been an overwhelming journey but made so much better by the amazing support. Thank you, I may start sleeping at night again now!

Enquiry about support with debt. Lucy supported via Whatts App and was extremely helpful. Shaun the contacted me to get further details and discussed my options. He was also friendly and empathic. Not once did either of them judge me, they listened, asked if I had any questions and gave lots of helpful information. The service is not finished but from what support have already I would highly recommend.

My experience was great. I was nervous at first but they made me feel at ease and like I wasn’t alone. They were happy to sort everything out on my behalf and I couldn’t be more grateful. The staff here truly are there to help without judging. Thanks for helping to change my life.

Very helpful with my IVA set up in what is a very difficult time for me while my child is in hospital long term. Shaun was very helpful and talked me through every step of the process.
