The delivery person was very unhelpful. I asked if he could help me carry the very heavy wardrobe upstairs because my mom is elderly out of good will and he wasn't interested? All he stated was that we hadn't paid for that service and claimed the neighbors had complained about him parking even though all my neighbors had already gone to work by then so how could they say that? He left my property without even saying good bye or anything?

Ordered a dining table in August that was on preorder for delivery in October then pushed back to December with no communication until they were chased via phone, no issue we were ok with this as we were told we would still have it in time for Christmas. The table was then delivered in December and arrived damaged (really poor packaging - cardboard only) I called up and emailed in the photo evidence of the damage, Bed Kings advised it was a manufacturer issue and they would ask for feedback from them on a solution. No update until 5 days later when I chased again to be told a replacement had been shipped out, I asked them to provide a date so we could ensure someone would be home to find it was going to be delivered that day and the delivery then failed, we rearranged for delivery at no charge, again no issue as easily sorted. The first table was delivered by a Bed Kings courier but the second table was delivered by DHL. The table was only packed in cardboard again so unsurprisingly damaged again. Both tables looked like they had been dropped causing chunks/chips out of the table and scratches. Immediately reported back to bed kings again. They gave us two options - have the tables picked up and a refund issued or they could replace again straight from manufacturer. We asked for a replacement as we loved the table albeit damaged. Chased for an update on the delivery of this table as communication wasn't great throughout and the replacement was delivered, opened by the courier at our house and the table was damaged again although this time it was only minor with a few scratches. The courier reported the issue back to HO and we had an email the next working day saying they were working towards a solution and would be in touch, I left it 48 hours with no communication so I emailed advising that we would get the table repaired ourselves to save any more back and forth and disruption but we wanted some money back to sort it and for the bad experience. They offered a 13% refund and addressed nothing regards to our comments on the experience. These things happen but the way Bed Kings handled it could have been a lot better and to leave emails and not pick up the phone and update us, apologise or provide a solution is a real shame.

Pre-ordered an item, price was brilliantly competitive. When it came into stock I received communication immediately to arrange delivery.

Beautiful sideboard and great communication from purchase to delivery

Fantastic customer service! Having sent a message very early one morning (when most people are still asleep), I was really surprised to get a really speedy reply even though it was still 'out of hours'! From the very start, the communication was excellent throughout, the service was brilliant. We are really happy with the bed, and the price was good.

I have no hesitation in highy recommending Bed Kings.

5 stars all the way even with the Strom they still managed to get my item to me . Best flat pack item I've ever bought so easy to put together and well organised in the packaging . Fast delivery and on time really happy 😊

Ordered x4 items of furniture (all in stock) to then be told one is out of stock , when it was back in stock it was delivered to someone else and I had to wait even longer,
I was then told it was going to be delivered 28th which changed to 27th of which I had to change to 29th. Disappointed I didn’t have it all for Christmas as it was all in stock at
Time of order. Also emailed concerns regarding this and still awaiting a reply. Last item delivered over 2 months after orddering

We are very pleased with our Julien Bowen Curve wardrobe from Bedkings. It arrived promptly and well packaged and assembly was fairly straightforward (needs 2 people). It was also extremely well priced.

Early date given on delivery. The delivery
was 10.30pm but the driver was very helpful. The grand children love it and also very comfortable for adults. Well worth paying more for quality.

Our guest bed (single + trundle) arrived and it looks great. The trundle was slightly damaged at the factory, but the company delivered a replacement the next day so no problems. Overall great service.

Excellent bed, went together well, very well designed. Only thing i’d suggest is an alternative packing material to expand polystyrene. Not a biggie but still finding white bits all over the place a week later.

Excellent service

Wardrobe arrived with missing hinges and one of three doors could not be attached. Promised to return and finish the build. Also, other doors are chipped in two different places. Promised to get a replacement. Very nice team assembling it, although admittedly not an easy build!

My bed and mattresses were delivered on time by a friendly and helpful driver. I am pleased with the quality of the items. Both mattresses are a full single bed size (90 x 200)and a normal depth, unlike other truckle beds which only allow for a thin lower mattress.

The product was just as advertised, but the delivery time was 2 months not 2 weeks. I believe the problem with this has now been addressed.

I’m a return customer after 10 years. I had some excellent quality mattresses and trundle beds a decade ago and when I relocated home: i needed a superking mattress and already had it in mind to go back to Bedkings. I trust the quality and the personal service I feel you get with this company. The same sales person was there when I placed the order. And the delivery guy, did everything that was promised as he had to get it up the stairs and onto the bed itself, and he managed to do it alone. He was friendly and answered all my questions.

Not sure if this has been sent in error but I haven’t received the bed yet. I did contact you on 24/9/25 and was informed it would be delivered direct from the supplier early October. I certainly won’t be buying the mattress for this bed from your company as would like it for xmas!!
