Just had the best experience with FIONA. She was fast and very professional! Will come back to shop again very soon. Thank You Fiona!

Greg was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

We are older and do not like ordering online. So we called the number and Greg helped us decide which nightstands to order. He was very helpful and took our order over the phone. Greg helped make it an easy process. Thank you Greg.

John was very pleasant in assisting me. I appreciated his customer service in helping to answer any questions I had.

Ms. Pam was extremely helpful. I really appreciate her customer service. Thank you for your help.

I got a Wesley Allen Bed delivered in the wrong color, in Moss Green, a color I was not at all aware I was perhaps ordering, I was under impression I had ordered black. Sales representative Sean took care or re-placing my order and re-ordering me the right color instead - suede Black. He called me all day giving me updates and answering my questions, always with kindness and patience, resolving an issue I thought ws unresolvable. I appreciated his service so much, I shall order two twin beds from you once my upstairs guest room is finished!!! Thank you!! Five stars to Sean!

Sydney was excellent... professional and took good care of me!

John has been very accommodating and helpful. Satisfied buyer!

Had great help chatting on-line with Sydney

I was contacted by Daisy, a sales representative who guided me through the sales process and included a discount. She was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and assisted me throughout the purchase. So far I am very satisfied with my experience. My item hasn't been delivered, but so far, so good!

Excellent customer service with Bedroom Furniture Discounts. They were always answering my emails promptly. Giving me periodic updates on my delivery and made the whole process very easy. This was my second time ordering from them. I would highly recommend. Drichsen Noble kept me informed of the details of the delivery and made it all seamless.

Just placed another order with Jack. He was so helpful and patient with me months ago that it was a MUST that I deal with him again. He answered all my questions and was quick to make recommendations. I hope when you place an order with Bedroom Furniture Discount, you are as fortunate as I was with my sales representative.

Sean was excellent! Patient, knowledgeable, professional!

Samantha was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. The prices were very good and I look forward to the "white glove" setup that was offered. I would order from this company again.

Samantha was excellent!!! She had so much patience during my order. I appreciate you so much!!! Give this woman a raise!!!

Poor service. Ordered my bench 4/14/22 and still haven't received it as of 7/2/22.

Jane was very helpful in placing my order and answering my questions. Hopefully, delivery will go as smoothly as this did!
Thank you Jane!
