Not even worth the 1 star.. no TF memory card in the box so no games to play. Basically called me a liar then offered me a 50% refund, Take ages to reply horrific service. !!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

I would give it a zero if possible. I ordered on August 23, 2025. Got a confirmation number but never a tracking. I can't track my order on their website without it. Ive messaged via Facebook, Instagram, and their very unhelpful support email. I got 1 email back saying please be patient and do not submit too many emails because eit slows down response time they'll get back to me in 24hours. That was 3 days ago...I just want my money back. Id report them to the BBB but its out of country.

Lost package enroute and no help or response from seller after numerous attempts.

It’s been 20 days since I ordered and I haven’t received my order!
I reached out 3 times ,and haven’t received any response yet.
This company doesn’t respond at all !!

I would give zero stars if I could! Placed order 1 week ago (5/13/2025) and have not received shipping information yet. I have asked for a refund. So far I have to say the customer service is terrible and I prefer my money back.

I have continually asked for a refund after being told their US warehouses have run out of product to ship. I did not know the company was in Germany and now claiming that products will be fulfilled by Asian warehouse.

I just want my money back regardless of how good they claim their products are!!

Update 6/9/2025: after a month of waiting, I get an email message at 10:30 saying the package has been delivered. LIES! I never received a tracking number or information on what service would deliver the package. So I have no way to figure out where the package was supposedly left. All I know is that I don’t have it and it has not been left at my home by the mystery delivery service. I will never or from this company again!!

I would give it a zero. Product burns the skin and the money back guarantee is only if you ship the product to Germany!
