Good tracking history - goods arrived after 10 working days, just need to work out how to use it . Not UK shipping but no issues.

Ordered on the 14th November and it still hasn’t arrived. The carrier company supposedly tried delivery 3 times but nothing came. It then got returned to the sender and now the tracking is saying they have aborted the delivery attempts. Despite all this, they still won’t give me a refund and keep dragging it out saying they are dealing with my request.
Avoid at all costs.

I can’t put into words how much you need to AVOID this s### company. just let them go out of business, it’s deserved. TWICE I asked the same question about if I could upgrade and TWICE they must of got distracted by something else and sent a reply absolutely noting to do with what I asked (both different) useless.

Distasteful Company. My own fault for being drawn in to Instagram advertising. Just up selling from AliExpress. Very disappointing. Exsct same item can be found on AliExpress for half the price. Proof of this is the fact my item is being tracked from China
