Not happy with this clothing
Not happy with this clothing. Very poor quality. The sweatshirts are made of low quality material that is rough and stiff. Definitely need a t-shirt under them as the rough texture irritates skin. Sizing runs small. Will not be ordering from here again.

The shirts we received were very small
The shirts we received were very small. I ordered one size up and they were still too small for our children to wear. Shipping was adequate.

I loved the design of the sweater and that’s what made me order it. I did find the material to be kind of rough and felt cheap. I was expecting a soft material for the price.

Great product, Long delivery time
Ordered some Christmas pajamas for my family. Super cute and super unique. While the pajamas were slightly pricey compared to other Christmas pajamas, still ordered them... in November, the day after Thanksgiving. It took a MONTH for the pajamas to arrive. Shipping took so long that I thought they werent going to arrive in time and had to order another set for family pictures from Amazon. Pajamas ended up arriving on 12/23/25 but it was definitely a stressor with the lengthy delivery time. Pajamas were soft and good quality when arrived though!

Arrived too late for Christmas and tracking was not helpful
I ordered Christmas pajamas for the family to gift on December 24th. They did not arrive until December 26th. I was not given notification when ordering that they would not arrive before Christmas. We were not able to use them. The tracking system was unclear on what items were being tracked (since I had multiple online orders) so I wasn't sure if the tracking email was for this company or these items. Even if I was confident this was the correct tracking app, it was not helpful as it showed items sitting in one location in Illinois without any movement or estimated date of delivery.
UPDATE - company reached out to take responsibility for the situation and ask what they could do to make things right for me. I will be keeping the pajamas for next Christmas (they are super cute) and they have refunded a portion of the initial cost. Great customer service!
