I had some problems with the delivery and contacted the customer service through WhatsApp. They were very helpful and arranged a new shipment asap. My package arrived two days later and the fabrics look great!

Excellent Experience Overall
I easily registered to their website, confirmed my email, and the process even automatically added my contact to their Whatsapp channel. The website is simply user-friendly even though I need to decide among the 4847 fabrics they currently housing. The website features a thorough filtering to make the specific selection for your fabric needs. They also got this catalogue webpage, a well guided outlook on current trends, materials, fashion houses fabrics, and top quality materials from fabric ateliers.

I am delighted with their Client Service, I coordinated my fabric selections with Ms. Alice, to which she efficiently finalized my orders and kept me in the loop until I received my package within a span of 4 days - within EU territory.

I am also grateful to their Social Media Marketing Team, as they keep me updated on the latest arrival of fabrics, sale and even includes me within their Telegram group chat.

The package is in great shape when I receive it. And all the fabrics are of top quality, I am out of words every time I am moving to different fabrics, knowing they came from fashion houses and fabric ateliers. My fabrics are truly what as described from the website, one fabric is like a melting butter when touched, top thick quality, prints amazed me too when examined closely, in the end such a wonderful choices I made. Overall, it was an excellent experience to be shared and of course the prices are phenomenally affordable and reasonable knowing you can buy the fabrics in retail!!! Excellent customer service and quality of fabrics.

I have bought fabric from Beglarian about a year now and first it was a bit difficult with payment and invoices. Nowadays there is no problem. I have a fabric shop in Stockholm Sweden and at Beglarian I have found that extra for my costumers. I love the silks I buy from them. It is good cualities.

First time ordering from Beglarian fabrics, the order went smoothly. An item wasn't in stock anymore but they reached out quickly to find a replacement and I received my order 2 days later. So super quick shipping! The fabric was high quality as expected.

Really happy with my choices of fabric, their videos are very helpful in making the right choice; everything was as I wanted or even better!
Once I'd paid for UPS delivery to the UK I didn't have anything else to pay, I'm pretty sure because the total of my goods was under £390 as suggested by the UK government webpage. I recommend creating a UPS account and keeping on top of tracking just to be sure if ordering below £390 worth, and it would be essential for more as you can expect to pay for customs etc.
