We got started when we wanted some quality shoes that add height. Shoes are so tight and I cannot contact them

I bought the Misthan Planes Glacier 60 – UK 9 / EU 42.5 / US 9.5 model shoe because all the shoes I wear are UK size 8.5 or maximum 9. However, the shoe is so tight that it's causing blisters on my little toe and is unwearable. I'm trying to call the phone number on their website for help, but it doesn't even ring. They haven't responded to my emails for days either. This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life. 64 pounds are wasted, and I definitely feel ripped off. If my problem is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the relevant authorities.

Very good

I bought the clouds lift 80, they are honestly the best looking shoe/trainer ive ever owned, they are super comfortable and made out of quality material with a good price tag, the packaging/box it comes in is also good quality and well designed. The trainer does its sole (no pun intended) purpose perfectly. Ive bought 2 different pairs from Beheight before and no complaints, will buy again. Very respectable brand. One question: when is your next new trainer that is 8cm+? :)

Shoes were delivered quickly

Shoes were delivered quickly . The quality is not top class but passable. I thought the increased height was built into the shoe, but in fact it is just a removable insert . That’s fair enough as they were not an over expensive item to try as a starting point .

Hi Nigel, Thanks a lot for the feedback, I really appreciate you giving them a try.

Just to clarify, the V2 Wall Street (wallaby-style) is designed with the height increase built into the shoe in a more flexible way, rather than being fully structured into the sole, which makes wallaby shoes too rigid and uncomfortable. This helps keep the shoe comfortable for everyday wear and avoids it feeling too stiff or bulky and was changed from feedback from customers.

That said, not all of our shoes are like this, we do have other designs where the height increase is built more into the structure of the shoe itself. We will make sure this is clearly displayed in the product description.

In terms of quality, we aim to offer the best balance between price and build. Some of our more affordable styles are designed for everyday use and easy replacement, while our higher-range shoes use more premium materials and construction. We work closely with our manufacturers and produce in batches to maintain consistency, but we’ll absolutely take your feedback back to them as well.

Completely understand your point on expectations and quality, it’s fair feedback and genuinely helpful for us.

Very happy with the service provided. The shoes are good quality and have given me more confidence. How did I not know about these before. Will definitely buy again

Customer service? What customer service. They will not contact for days. Phone number does not work.
Edit. They made contact and I Received a refund after putting a charge back on my card

Hi Antony,

I completely understand your frustration here, especially as you needed the shoes for a specific date — that’s on us, and I’m sorry again for the inconvenience caused.

Just to clarify for others reading this, you reached out on the 8th and we replied early on the 11th explaining the situation (we were dealing with a warehouse move and a sudden spike in orders over Christmas). We offered either a discount if you wanted to wait, or a full refund straight away.

You asked for a refund, which we processed — although the chargeback was raised very quickly, which meant we didn’t get much time to handle it directly on our side.

That said, I’m glad we were able to get the refund sorted for you in the end.

Appreciate you sharing your experience, and again, sorry it didn’t work out this time.

Well made look good

I was hoping to be a bit taller in them but they look really good well made and are very comfy.
My GF likes that she doesnt feel the same height when she is in heels

It's worcable

I only wear it once so I can't give proper valuation. But I can say the size is perfect and it's conformable. The only thing is annoying is the right shoes is making some noise from bottom like if there is a gap. But overall all I think it's OK for those who will order from out side of Europe consider the customer tariff and Vat in your country as it's not included in the price and carrier will collect it upon arrival.

Also, thank you for pointing out the note on customs/VAT for overseas customers. Many of our delivery services now include taxes and import duties, and we’re working on moving more orders over to this approach to make things easier.

Not what I expected

I have to say overall a bad experience. The boots themselves were of a very high quality, however the size guide provided was not very accurate at all.

The boots didn't fit, at all. Secondly was the whole height increase thing. I hadn't realises it was simply a wedge underneath the inner sole of the boot.

It was this cheap rubber plastic wedge. However maybe this was my fault for not reading the descriptions correctly.

The only positive were the boots themselves, very high quality and they looked really good which meant I was even more miffed when they didn't fit!

Just to clarify, all of our shoes are designed from the ground up with the height increase built into the sole structure itself. They aren’t standard shoes with a removable wedge placed inside, but rather purpose-built designs where comfort, balance and durability are factored in from the start. We are looking at that product line to see what happened here thank you for bringing this to our attention.

All good

All good, the shoes arrived on time and they are pretty comfortable, doing their job without hurting you. The only negative is the quality of the shoe which feels a bit fake, like those cheap ones you buy for £10 at Poundland. I don't really mind it though.

Just to share a bit of insight: we spend a lot of time designing these shoes to discreetly enhance height while ensuring all-day comfort, which does come at a higher production cost — definitely more than the £10 range. That said, we’re always working on improving the balance between comfort, function, and premium feel.

The website is good.it was easy to make


The website is good.it was easy to make a choice and buy.the item was delivered promptly.the only issue was with the return process.there is no clear link to start the return.the email and contact phone numbers returned as invalid.i got worried about being scammed.however I filled the reply form and sent it and got a prompt reply and it was refunded.the company needs to make returns easier if it wants to grow.still giving 5 stars as the return was successful.
