Paid for a zoom class to happen on the 12th October between 5pm-7pm, it had technical problems as nobody could enter, Paige then posted on her page saying we would get a email within the next 24/48 h... ãã£ãšèŠã
Paid for an in person class which was held within Paigeâs home. There was 6 people and we all enjoyed and learnt so much, we got the information straight away online and the link to ask questions when... ãã£ãšèŠã
Ordered an item beginning of May, was told 14 working days. Now into mid June and still not recieved my order. Tried contacting multiple times on live chat and emails yet get no response, even had two... ãã£ãšèŠã

This was difficult even rating behind the trend 1 star, absolutely awful company who take your money but donât send orders. Ordered in April and on 6th June I have still not received my order despite it being past their turn around time of 14 working days, they choose not to respond to emails or chat responses & when they do its a generic response with even more lies. If you ask regarding your order on social media you get blocked. If you canât fulfil orders why put offers on? Awful company who do not care about their customers.

Do not waste your money. Iâm still waiting for an order from April and my friend who I recommended is still waiting for an order she made in MARCH!!! We are now in June. This wouldnât be so bad if we had some form of communication from you but Iâve heard nothing since 13th of May and my friend has heard nothing at all. Just IGNORED!! Iâm actually fuming. This isnt how you treat customers whether itâs a £5 order or a £60 order. Please avoid like the plague.

States on the website a 14 working day turnaround (which in itself is shocking ð) but the orders are never delivered within this time frame!
Constantly running âsalesâ and using them as an excuse why orders arenât fulfilled in time.
Maybe if more time and money was spent on the business rather than funding a lavish lifestyle (and flaunting it, when people are paying for goods that they donât receive) and going live on TikTok then maybe the company will get somewhere. Maybe try employing some more staff and investing in the business you might not have as much of a backlog of orders? Surely thatâs common sense?

Tried to contact on tik tok, fb, even their customer service and no one is getting back to me.
No way of getting a refund either.
Do not order from there. The tumblers look nice but they will never arrive. Now im 30£ odd short because of scammer like Paige.

I ordered and never received my order. Had to email multiple times to get a response, she kept telling me it was posted but it literally still said unfulfilled on my order. She asked if I wanted a refund or it sending, I said sending because I no longer had access to the card I paid on. She didnât respond. Once again had to email multiple times for a response. Unsure if she ever issued the refund cos like I said I didnât have access. But it was her who had offered to âresendâ it instead of a refund but then instantly stopped replying about that. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a response from her. When I pointed out that she was constantly on Facebook but could never reply to my emails about my order that I never received she was rude and patronising, telling me itâs obviously a different department that deal with complaints and her using social media was nothing to do with missing orders. So in the end I didnât receive my order or get the money back.

I ordered a few items for here and all arrived in perfect condition! There was a bit longer of a wait but after getting in touch, They was able to reassure me that my order was on its way. My nephews and my daughters LOVE their tumblers, As do I! Also in LOVE with my horror phone case!!ð

Still waiting on an order from 24th February, contacted countless times through the online chat function only to be fobbed off being told that it was being looked into.
Then my online chats started getting ignored until I started sending emails as well, mid-May Paige finally offered either a refund or resend the order so I selected to resend the order as I still wanted the products. Iâve heard nothing since and all further attempts to contact the team have not proved successful. Iâll be trying to charge back through my bank asap as I feel I cannot rely on the company to refund.

The package did take a little longer than usual to arrive however Paige is just a small business and every single product is handmade by her!
I shop with Paige despite the turnaround time as its important to support small local businesses and Paige puts alot back into the community.

Very long delivery times and bad customer service
I ordered 10th April and I have only today (28th May) finally received my order, the items themselves are fine (canât talk on if the cup leaks or not yet as others have said as not tried it yet) but the wait is completely ridiculous for one tumbler and a phone case. Also what has really irritated me is that I messaged on the chat and asked for an update they explained they were struggling with the amount of orders (not sure why they donât have more staff) and if I was happy to wait it would ship two days later and they would include a £5 off voucher in the package, I was happy with this and understanding with the problems their end but neither of those things were true as it still took 2 weeks from then to arrive and there was no voucher in the delivery. Very disappointing.

Ordered items at the start of April. Now almost June and still nothing. Order marked as fulfilled 7 days after it was placed. Queried a week after the delivery time frame passed and was met with apologies and it would be despatched Friday of that week. Well two weeks later, still no items. Queried again and was ignored. I read that her mental health has been significantly difficult, which is understandable and relatable but this just takes the jammy dodger.

Owner seems more bothered about bragging of her new shop and parcels she actually posts on social media.
Wanted to give her a chance as I wanted to support smaller and more local businesses. How wrong was I?

She probably doesnât even care that she is rated this low on trustpilot because she has her events she can make money from.

I provided them with all the evidence and I was reimbursed. Her customer service is shocking, her products often come with b&m stickers still on and her products have gone downhill. Shameful

I have multiple products from behind the Trend the delivery has never been super fast but not really long either and for the quality of the products Iâm happy to wait I have ordered multiple times .The tumblers keep your cold drinks so cold and your hot drinks really hot for hours . Iâve attended the events multiple times and met Paige in person sheâs amazing and so so caring I love the events and try to attend everyone if I can.

I made a purchase of 4 childrenâs tumblers, all different designs & names.
Firstly it took me FIVE weeks to finally get my hands on the order, just when I thought it couldnât go anymore downhill oh it did.
Paige was extremely rude from the second Iâd clicked paid, I completely understand running a business is hard but I believe that she has tried to push it to be something it most certainly isnât, her attitude towards criticism is absolutely comical. Letâs move onto product quality.
Each tumbler was blurred, edges didnât line up & names were wonky & just tatty.
The tumblerâs themselves were very cheaply made bulk rubbish, they all leaked and when these are designed for children thatâs the last thing you need, they leaked from the seal where it screws on & when tipped upside down leaked through the straw, they were very flimsy and just not what youâd expect for the money even for a customised product.
I raised a complaint and sent images and videos of this to be blocked on social media and off the behind the trend business page. The order was around £50 which is a lot of money for stuff that isnât what you asked for and isnât as described.
Since this incident I havenât been able to fairly share what the customer service, product quality & general impression of behind the trend.
I feel that it is definitely more of a craze/trend rather than people thoroughly enjoying the products.
