Paid for a zoom class to happen on the 12th October between 5pm-7pm, it had technical problems as nobody could enter, Paige then posted on her page saying we would get a email within the next 24/48 h... ãã£ãšèŠã
Paid for an in person class which was held within Paigeâs home. There was 6 people and we all enjoyed and learnt so much, we got the information straight away online and the link to ask questions when... ãã£ãšèŠã

If I could give this "company" 0 star then I would - absolutely disgraceful and a real life scam.
Ordered at the beginning of March, 14 working day turnaround, no problem, this came and went, knew the owner was opening a new shop so gave some grace - looked on her Facebook page - she stated all orders had been shipped, tracking changed to fulfilled, she confirmed this meant it had been shipped.
Order never arrived, messaged the live chat saying I had done a chargeback through my bank and the owner replied saying she had cancelled my order - cancelled an order you had posted!?
Nothing but lies, lie after lie - in the end all that happened is that she blocked every unhappy customer from all her social media.
Some people are out of hundreds of pounds and paid through Clearpay who won't refund their money.
Meanwhile she's all over Tiktok with a car loaded with "parcels" bragging about how much money she earns and putting on sales left right and centre.
I have reported her business to the council, to Action Fraud and to trading standards and would encourage anyone else to do the same.
Avoid, don't believe the hype, this is a scam and the owner should be ashamed of herself.

Placed two orders in April yet to receive either one! Auto chat said she took over 800 orders in one day and sheâs behind. Wild she thinks one lady can complete these orders within 14 days. Yet doing lives giving stock away instead of trying to get on up of her customer orders. Paige does amazing work for her community but the amount of negative feedback sheâs receiving lately isnât going to be good for this. Iâve asked for a refund for both my orders. Both of which were gifts, one definitely no longer needed due to birthday passed and I had to replace with something else.

Not even 1 star awful! I made an order on 7th April and still waiting I have sent proof of payment twice now as have been asked to and still Iâm getting ignored. Yet she is posting events etc. I wrote a comment on her Facebook group but because it was asking where my order was it wasnât allowed on the page. Have seen several comments saying the same about waiting for a long time and customer service none existent but the posts soon vanish! Will not use this company again! Have had several comments deleted off her fb page and several more live chats ignored, even though she said other day going to clear live chats? I am now banned from commenting on any post on her page. And still being ignored ð has time to go and delete all comments not raving about her stuff but canât answer any message ð shouldnât be drumming up more business and creating events when so many people are unhappy and waiting for their orders or even a reply??
Appalling
Waited well over a month for delivery and when I did finally receive it some of the writing was blurry. All you get from chats and emails is âitâs on its way babeâ and comments she doesnât like are deleted off Facebook. Donât quote 14 days delivery (not including weekends) and then works out at over 5 weeks - best of all it wasnât a personalised item - just a stock one so appalling timescale and customer service.

Same issue as everyone else. Hasnât arrived after a month. The stupid automated chat doesnât work and she doesnât reply. She sacked all her staff to do it alone and canât do it quite clearly. Itâs the same products you get on Etsy. She doesnât make the designs. Iâll go REBUY my order from a seller that will actually follow through and respond I think.their contact email bounces too. Itâs all for show with no substance.
Disappointed and confused
Ordered on 9th march for the first time. Kept seeing posts asking people not to chase etc because of the bank holiday so I stayed patient until after about a month I tried to make enquiries as I'd still not been given a tracking number. The live chat kept being deleted and was only answered by a Bot. I sent an email no response. Tried live chat again and was told to wait until the weekend was over. After about 5 weeks a tracking number was uploaded but I checked this every day with royal mail and it still to this day just says "we're expecting your parcel" I left it and left it, then after nearly 9 weeks tried contacting again as I seen the tik tok lives and consistent messages that orders were flying out etc. No response. I opened a complaint through the bank and then I suddenly got a response from BTT saying because I'd done this it was now out of their hands. Only today have I seen similar issues being mentioned .. which to be honest I'm glad about because I was thinking I was cracking up and it was just me! Posts have now been deleted. To be honest I'm just upset about the whole thing. I found BTT by accident and thought the products were super cool and I loved watching Paiges updates on how well she was doing etc. It's only a £40 order but you know what, if someone had just been honest and given proper updates I wouldn't be arsed. Just left disappointed hoping I'll get a refund whenever!

I placed an order on the 10th April completely understanding the 14 day turnaround and the bank holidays however after this time had passed ( taking bank holidays into consideration too of course ) I started to become disheartened about my order when I received an email asking me to âreviewâ the 7 items I had originally ordered.
Slightly confused to as of why I was being asked to review my items I had not received I had then set behind a trend an email. Days and days went by and I had no response although she confidently explained online on social media she had responded to everyone.. I then went on her âlive chatâ although days went by without a response and I sent a further 2 emails too.
I commented on her social media posts with my order number in the hope she would respond to me with an update however within a minutes my comment was deleted. I commented again and the post was removed.
She then responded to me explaining it would be posted shortly however this never explained why I to this day have now received 3 âreview your orderâ emails .. I shockingly then seen just how many people are in the same situation. People have been experiencing this for YEARS. I was sickened to see just how many people Paige has scammed and her customer service is really disheartening too, she is so rude.
I am so sorry for everyone else who is experiencing issues with their order and I have learned my lesson here and that is to research before I place an order elsewhere. Paige the best thing you could do after evidence of years of letting people down and taking peoples money is to stop doing this to anyone else the amount I have read about you the last couple of days how can you do this to people ?
You try to show how âsuccessfulâ you are on social media however no one with a good heart would allow this to go on for so long. You done this to so many people for such a long time why have you not learned from this? Reason being this was never a genuine mistake you sadly are a con artist. I hope for the sake of everyone you have taken money from and left disheartened you do the right thing and stop this from happening.
I urge everyone to review their experiences to prevent anyone else going through this and if you are still awaiting an order the banks have been contacted multiple times about this business hence why I was able to get my money back within minutes of my claim being put through.

Ordered a cover for a bottle on the website it says it fits a Stanley style cup so thought why not. This item DOES NOT HAVE TO BE PRE MADE and she said she had around 100 in stock. TOOK FOUR WEEKS for this to be sent and delivered when I got it it does not fit in the cup and itâs identical to one I saw off shein so Iâm pretty sure itâs from there and she sells them on making out they are hers, sheâs really rude she makes sure people on lives who wins things get their order first over your own makes you wait weeks when though she doesnât have to make it. Sent it straight back and took a month to get a refund. Avoid at ALL cost

I canât get a response in live chat or Tik tok DM so this is my last option. When can I expect a live chat response? My order was placed months ago, MARCH 13th and was returned to back to you due to me not realising I sadly hadnât added my door number . My own fault thatâs fine. Royal Mail sent it back to you a couple of weeks ago and as of yet Iâve not had any response. Was told Iâd be sent a 3.50 invoice for reposting (and apparently would be sent back to me the same day it was returned to you) but nothing as of yet. Yet thereâs been daily tik toks posted ⊠about how much moneys being earnt on there and free give aways out in the community? when thereâs time for TikTokâs there should be time for live chats as it comes across very insensitive and upsetting to the oneâs waiting a reply. I was so excited to order but just dissatisfied now. Some are lucky receiving before who have placed later than others⊠we totally appreciate how much grands youâre earning uploading TikTokâs ⊠and my £35 order on 3 tumblers is probably what you wipe your ar&/@ with but some people have to work blood, sweat and tears in 3 hours for that shallow amount. Ordered way before the Christmas cut off & with plenty of time for order to arrive in time, but cups didn't show up on time so couldn't give them to friends. Order turnaround is stated as 14 working days but mine ended up being 20+. Live chat and emails were ignored or I received really unhelpful responses. The design doesn't match up on the seam and is quite blurry. The cup does keep drinks hot for ages, but my lid broke after a few weeks, couldn't be bothered to complain due to lack of customer service when previously contacted. I'd avoid, find another small business to support.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Awaiting a order for 19 march. Tracking sent on 15 th april with royal mail 48 hour. Still sitting at we are expecting it. Ignored on live chat and comments on Facebook asking where my order is were removed and then I was finally suspended from commenting. As said previously constantly doing sales etc but can't fulfil orders. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow for a charge back and I will absolutely make it my mission to spread the word. Can not stand bad businesses who do this to people. It's disgraceful. Should be ashamed of herself. I would have been happy if I'd had a reply that maybe it was missing and I had to wait to be re-sent or even that it was delayed due to production etc but to be ignored enrages me as a consumer.

orderd on the 24th February it's now the 14th April and still do not have my order, the owner states their is a 14 working day shipping and then 3 days for delivery I'm now on week 8 with nothing, when I first inquired where my order was and that I had not received a tracking number she sent me a tracking number and I was thinking she had sent it how wrong I waited another week and nothing so inquiried again she had not even sent it out the first time I asked so second time I asked she finally sent it out then I got a royal mail update saying it would be delivered on the 10th of April bare in mind again I put my order in on the 24th Feb I did not get my order on the 10th April as royal mail are holding it as the sender did not pay enough delivery fee , again I inquired about this and I'm still waiting,it takes days to get a reply on the live chat I have been going back and forth for weeks and still not been resolved,I asked for a refund and refused and just offered £5 for the inconvenience.
I would not bother ordering from their again I would not recommend. She also only accepts the good reviews so I wouldn't trust them all as she absolutely filters out and makes sure their are no bad comments.

Appalling experience from this company from start to finish. Lied to constantly, told order fulfilled, then told it wasnt, then promised updates that never came. No responses to live chats other than generic order fulfilled. Asked for a refund after waiting over a month for the order, to be told it couldn't be refunded until it arrived. It wasnt until I said id be taking it further that I could miraculously could have a refund. The lady running the business advertised constant flash sales and offers despite being behind with orders. Anytime I commented to ask for updates, id have people messaging me saying they had been waiting for months too. Wouldn't waste my time ordering again
