From design to completion, the whole process has been very smooth and well communicated by Homesure. My previous windows and doors were in desperate need of replacing and the new windows and doors have increased security and my peace of mind. I have also noticed that the house has been cooler during the recent heatwaves and will be warmer in the winter now the draughty windows have gone! The fitters were very considerate and worked around me to cause minimal disruption. I would recommend Homesure for the quality windows and service they provide.

​I am really pleased with the work HomeSure did on my home, they replaced all of my windows as well as my front and back doors, and the house looks completely transformed.
​Everything was high quality, and while there were a couple of minor issues at the start, a wrong door was delivered and there was a scratch on one of the windows, I couldn't have asked for better service. They sorted both issues out immediately without any fuss. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly stands by their work and ensures the customer is happy.
​I am delighted with the final result and would definitely recommend HomeSure to anyone.

Very pleased with the windows and door that I had fitted. So much so, that I decided to go with replacing all the windows. Price was competitive. And much better than I was expecting.

DISGUSTING CROOKS!!
Cold called my vulnerable grandma and then visited the very next day to sell her a contract of £18000 for windows. I intervened when I found out and contacted them to cancel within the ‘14 day cooling off period’. Was told that the cooling off period which my grandma signed and returned was not applicable to window contracts, even though it was attached to the contract !! These people subsequently threatened my Grandma with legal action if she did not go through with the job. They then visited to see if they could provide a cheaper solution, they said they couldn’t do it for any cheaper. I then advised they should go ahead with the legal action as I was not going to let my Grandma get bullied out of her pension money. They then changed their tune and said they can do it for £6000 cheaper. At which point we allowed the job to go ahead. They will rip you off if you allow it!!! Nasty work!

I was delighted with the 5 windows that Homesure fitted in my lounge, the old one was leaking. Orchard Way, Nettleham Lincs LN22SR

We were getting fed up with the windows that were very old. We are very happy with Homesure and the men who put the new windows. I'd recommended them.

Very dissapointed with the poor installation.. and very poor quality of the products. Scratches on the windows frame. Imperfection in the glass visible from a distance of 2 meters. Very poor customer service- lack of understanding , lack of communication. They don't say whicht job is going be done first. They will take more than the requires amount of windows out at the same time, leaving rhe house cold.. Mold on the silicone around windows after a few days of installation where they will lick their finger using saliva to tidy up the silicone. Problem with closing the windows and patio door lock. Lack of understanding even when someone was in hospital. Retro fittings - No cavity closers. If you didn't have them they're not going to tell you about having them fitted. The house is more cold now after the new windows fitted was fitted due to poor installation.. what's the point in having new windows fitted?? The company is not professional. Don't trust what they say! Once they take you on board your hell will start. They don't like being shown where they're going wrong.. If you do they will try to threaten you with a lawyer who is a customer of theirs to act on their behalf. They will make you feel unwelcome in your own home. Telling you that I can't be in my own home when they do their work because they want to be slapdash to get the work done quickly not properly. I have health problem- but this is not important for the company. My family life is unbalanced because of the stress caused by them. My windows took long time to install and still not finish. I really wish to share how I feel to prevent anyone else from experiencing what I went through!! Worse decision I ever made was getting windows fitted by this company!!

The enormous peace of mind I HAVE NOW AFTER ALL THE MANY MONTHS OF DESPERATE WORRY CONCERNING THE STATE OF OUR FAILING BUNGALOW WINDOWS AND THE NEED I FELT FOR THE PRESENCE OF A PROTECTIVE FIREPROOF OUTER FIRE-DOOR GIVING AN ACCESSIBLE ESCAPE ROUTE TO ENABLE ME (AS A DISABLED 90-YEAR OLD TO HAVE A SWIFT EASY TO USE AND OPEN WAY OUT OF MY OFFICE AS I AM DISABLED AND CANNOT MOVE SWIFTLY EVEN USING MY STURDY INVALID WALKER. THE RELIEF IS TREMENDOUS AND PERMANENTLY UPLIFTING. MASSIVE THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF, WORKMEN, DEDICATED WORKERS FOR HOME SURE WHO HAVE MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE A PLEASURE. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

The guy's that fitted my windows and doors were very efficient,got straight on with the job and cleaned up after with very little for me to do.

The window installers were both on to of their game and went the Exeter mile to make sure we’re pleased. with the end product. We contemplating having more
work done by this company in the future

The gentleman fitting my windows was just that ,a gentleman - polite, respectful and hardworking. There were no constant coffee breaks, no constant chatting, just work. He worked cleanly and I was amazed to find everything clean and back in place at the end I didn’t have to do a thing.The device in all departments was excellent the staff polite and respectful and the quality of materials and work superb
