Ordered next day delivery on Thursday.
Is it Monday and no ipdate about my order.
Emailed Be Keto and no reply.

The products themselves are really nice, at least the ones I have tried. The electrolytes powders are fine, the chocolate is tasty and not chemically like some Keto chocolates.

My issue is that the company obviously operates poorly behind what looks to be a really promising store front.

My first order went missing as a result of Royal Mail, not the companies fault. They refunded me and gave me a discount code to reorder. So I reordered, selected DPD next day. Didn't come for like 3 days.

I enquired as to where my items were on the 3rd day, they did eventually turn up but I mentioned I had paid for next day and it wasn't. So, unexpectedly, they gave me another discount code as an apology and essentially a refund for the incorrect service used.

I have now ordered for a third time, which again was ordered under DPD Next Day, now technically it has come next day despite having a Royal Mail 48 hour shipping label on it but all the products are wrong!!

Whoever is picking, packing and shipping the items need retraining! The customer service staff have been very nice and helpful in getting a resolution but I shouldn't have ordered 3 times and had a bad experience on all 3 orders.

Order with caution, you may or may not get the items you ordered and you may or may not get it within the selected shipping service.

I don't usually leave reviews but this has been an experience. Again, products are perfect, IF you get them.

Hände weg betrügerische Firma! Wirbt mit Rabattaktionen die NICHT funktionieren. Unhöfliche oder keine Antwort auf Nachfragen. Kann ich leider NICHT empfehlen!

ARNAQUE ou bug informatique ?

Je commande le 30 novembre avant minuit plusieurs produits, mon panier fait apparaitre un montant total de de 39,46€ à régler.... et une fois que je clic pour régler avec Applepay, je découvre que le montant facturé est passé à 48,02€ !!!
En fait, l'offre Blackfriday valable jusqu'au 30 novembre minuit n'a pas été respecté.
Cette pratique déloyale ressemble à des agissements de voyous... jusqu'à preuve du contraire.

J’ai donc écrit au service client et on va voir s'ils corrigent le tir et me remboursent... après quoi je retirerai cet avis.
Dans le cas contraire ce sera des avis bien pourris sur tous les sites d'avis consommateurs que je trouverai, un signalement à Signal.conso.gouv.fr et une opposition à mon paiement CB auprès de ma banque.

À suivre...

EDIT : Suite à mon avis, BeKeto continue de s'enfoncer. Ils m'ont contactée via Trustpilot pour dire que je m'étais trompée et que j'avais évalué la mauvaise entreprise. Tout cela pour me demander de retirer mon avis.
Par ailleurs ils font exprès de censurer les avis réels (= négatifs) sur leur site.
Lamentable.

Beaucoup de problèmes avec ce site.
1) Beketo laisse paraître qu'ils sont basés en Angleterre, mais c'est en fait Polonais.
J'ai choisi la livraison Mondial Relay : 2 à 5 jours de délais indiqués. Bien sûr, ils omettent de dire que le colis doit arriver de Pologne avant ce qui augmente de beaucoup le délai de livraison.

2) J'ai reçu un mail de BeKeto disant que mon colis était expédié. Par contre, aucun numéro d'expédition et donc pas de moyen pour moi de suivre mon colis.

3) J'ai dû batailler avec eux via leur "service client" WhatsApp (si vous ne parlez pas anglais, bon courage) pour qu'ils me transmettent un lien de suivi.
C'est un lien InPost, un transporteur polonais qui transporte le colis depuis la Pologne jusqu'à la frontière française.

4) A nouveau, je ne reçois aucun lien Mondial Relay pour suivre mon colis. BeKeto ne me répond plus.
Je contacte InPost (à nouveau, anglais possible uniquement). Heureusement, InPost me communique mon numéro de suivi Mondial Relay. Je peux enfin suivre mon colis.

Donc le site est trompeur dans les délais de livraison et la provenance des produits.
En plus s'ils ne communiquent pas de lien de suivi, comment puis je savoir si mon colis est bien expédié ? C'est la base du commerce en ligne.
Vu ce véritable flou, je m'interroge sur la qualité et les ingrédients des produits.
Je ne recommanderai pas.

Über Google habe ich ein Ketone-Messgerät gesucht, welches mit einer App verbunden werden kann. Ich wurde daraufhin zu Beketo weitergeleitet. Heute kam das Paket an. Obwohl auf der Packung ein Bluetooth-Zeichen draufsteht, hat man mir auf Nachfrage versichert, dass es keine App zu diesem Gerät gibt. Die Rücksendung muss auf eigene Kosten des Käufers nach Polen erfolgen. Das hat schon einen sehr seltsamen Beigeschmack.

Site a fuire.
Service client inexistant. Pas de suivie de livraison.
Médiation demandé suite à mon avis négatif et aucune réponse afin de laisse mon avis en attente.
Produit manquant et aucune demande de changement ou remplacement.
J'ai demandé a retourner la commande et la encore aucune réponse.

Be keto exogenous ketones are trash. I'm in ketosis for long time. Was looking to get some extra boost fro exogenous ketones and found be keto ketones quite expensive but cheep can't work in my opinion. Now expensive may not work too. I took it in the morning, in the evening, on empty stomach and full stomach and zero effect. Trash.

Order at 11:20am for next day delivery (paid for it),however products arrived 2 days after. No email to say they are unable to dispatch same day etc
On their website is mention if ordered by 3pm and paid for next day will be dispatched same day

I bought many products and got so disappointed. So much aftertaste in most products. The spreads/creams are arriving hard like a rock! And then you need to melt them with hot water bath. Why? And the after taste is horrible. The Jam taste like a kids smashed fruits with a weird consistency. The chocolate has NO taste whatsoever. Simply tasteless.
The croissant needs to be heated and again, the aftertaste. Maybe the only thing I could enjoy, is the toffies candy. Super disappointing.

Katastrophe! Schmeckt einfach nur widerlich.

Ich habe erstmal bei BeKeto gekauft und muss leider ganz klar sagen - schlecht. Sehr schlecht. Eigentlich, so schlechte Produkte habe ich wirklich niemals im Leben gehabt.

Eine Creme hat sich in zwei Teile getrennt, die untere Schicht, die wirklich fest ist (auf Raumtemperatur) und obere Schicht, welche so wie Zucker kristallisiert ist. Geht gar nicht. Würde mir aber erstattet, ok.

Die andere Creme (Choco) war ein Mischmasch aus wässriger Komponente und einem zähflüssigen Zeug, wenn man es durchmischt und probiert, schmeckt man eine grießige Substanz (wahrscheinlich kristallisiertes Erythritol), was grausam schmeckt.

Die Bars - tja, die Name passt, sind Bars, fast wie Betonstangen, schlechte Konsistenz, noch schlechterer Geschmack. Grausam, wirklich.

Ich bin seit 4 Jahren auf Keto Ernährung, Suche ständig nach fertigen Produkten, insbesondere Süßigkeiten, die mir diese bisschen erleichtern können, habe vieles ausprobiert, vieles war nicht zufriedenstellend, aber so schlecht noch nie.

Die Konfitüre war ok, sogar gut. Dafür 2 Sterne und nicht eine.

Der Verkäufer hat mir nur eine Creme erstattet, andere sei Geschmackssache... Nein, es ist einfach mangelnde Qualität. Also, nie wieder.

Received the shakes today wanted as a quick alternative. This is not a shake it is a shot. You use 100ml of water.

On a shaker this is the very first line generally.

Still with even 100 ml of water and 3 scoops this is water with a slight after taste of chocolate.

Incredibly poor.

Die Produkte sind leider so mies, dass ich mit Übelkeit und Erbrechen reagiert habe. Dies ging nach einiger Recherche vielen Konsumenten so.
Auch funktioniert die Rücksendung überhaupt nicht. Man muss selber für die Kosten der Retoure aufkommen. Dann wird das Paket angeblich bei ihnen nicht gefunden obwohl ich eine Sendungsnummer angegeben habe und der Versanddienstleister auch anzeigt, dass das Paket angenommen wurde! Eine Rückerstattung scheint somit nicht möglich. Keine Empfehlung!!!

I got the bread that was horrific and only got 4 or 5 tiny slices. It was grim. I left a review as encouraged then realised it was not displaying. Then I realised they had no 1 star reviews which is impossible given how bad the product is. They're filtering out bad reviews! I will check back on this and update it it does appear.

Really great selection of high quality keto products. The bread is the best low carb bread I've tasted! My order was delivered quickly. Unfortunately some of the chocolate bars had been damaged in the box. I reached out to the customer service team and replacements were sent out immediately.

I do not recommend buying from these guys as their are better and cheaper alternatives. I just asked for a sample and they denied me and blamed me for asking them in the past which is a lie.

I was a potential customer but they've lost me.

I’ve had a good experience both times I’ve used this company. Website easy to use, service good and delivery quick. I’ve so far ordered collagen MCT powder, bread rolls, keto bread, keto jam, keto cookies keto chocolate and they have all been tasty and well within date.

Great customer service and fast delivery (both in Poland & the UK). But what makes it stand out from other brands is the product. Highest quality MCT, delicious keto chocolate and my fav - collagen powder. Tho it has clean ingredients (at least better than any other powders I found) it tastes amazing, blends well + already has MCT. I've had chocolate and vanilla ones and they're both super tasty. Now that daily collagen coffee is a must, I wanna try all the flavors :)

The hazelnut cream is amazing! And only 5 net carbs in the whole jar!!

Came fast and was good. Recommend them already.
