Belgravia London レビュー

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. They actually sent me a poor fake Omega with fake paperwork. My initial complaint was answered very quickly, but now nothing. I will be sending the item to trading standards and starting a claim back through my credit card. Scam company, avoid.

a company full of lies total scammers

they set there self up as a London based company when in fact they sell cheap Chinese crap. only got myself to blame but will get a full refund from my credit card company. A woman called suzan madson will email you apologising over and over again but nothing will happen.
Avoid and order elsewhere .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ! They sent me wrong size, awful quality & refuse to refund. Be careful!

Do not buy from them! I ordered a watch and it did not arrive , they are withholding my money and they have stopped communicating with me! Big scam company

Ordered a replica watch from them. 2 days later I noticed they'd switched the model so I contacted them saying I wanted the correct model or a refund. Their AI bot said the order wouldn't be despatched pending investigation. 2 days later I asked on progress to be told they were investigating. 2 days later I asked for a refund to be told it had already been dispatched.
I wish I'd read the reviews before trusting this scam outfit.
Currently, no watch has arrived, correct or incorrect.

Do not buy they lie what they are selling and do not reply to any queries with delivery etc

Disgraceful. Not to be trusted.
Ordered items without looking at reviews(big mistake). Contacted company by email to cancel which they responded to quickly to say the cancellation had been processed. 5 days later email received to say items dispatched. Further email gave a lame excuse that there had been a “crossover”, however I was sent a return label. Some 6 weeks after tracking parcel from china I was advised the item had been delivered. No it had not and was a complete lie. After 8 emails (including to the person who dealt with my initial inquiry) I have had no response to my request for a refund. It is like they have never existed. This company should not be trusted and avoided at all cost, clearly a money making scam who do not care about customers or their reputation.

I ordered a supposedly cashmere jacket which wasn’t cheap when it came in a tiny package I knew it was no way like the picture and it costs to return beware shoppers this is not what you see totally ripped off

Absolute fraud says delivered and nothing no proof of delivery stay well clear 7 weeks from order never get back to you has anyone got advice on how to claim refund

Total scam!!! As many people have said wished I had read reviews beforehand!!! Do not order from this company - take your money & you receive nothing other than lies!!! When I track my order it says it was delivered at 11pm at night to an address in Bude, Cornwall . We're in Essex . This company shouldn't be allowed to continue trading!

I didn't check the reviews on here before ordering, items took over a month to arrive and part was missing and everything didn't fit, emailed many times for return details but no reply, I realise now after reading reviews that this company are scammed...PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

still not arrived, customer services just ask the same thing again and again, put the order number in and its not there , this is after over three weeks, now i've put a dispute in with the bank.... wish i read the reviews before i ordered ,,,,, certainly not in London !!!
avoid if you actually want the goods despatched

Horrible wish I read the reviews before purchasing my item I’ve not received my ride and I’ve not heard from this company for 2 days shocking service

Brought some t-shirts through the Belgravia outlet. The advert was for ‘Boss’ T-shirts on Facebook. I ordered never received an order confirmation so emailed a few times no reply. I w disputed the payment with the bank and waiting to hear back but today I went through link I had followed on FB (wasn’t aware you could do this) found the link with the confirmation number and tried to track the order came up saying it hadn’t been shipped so I asked for it to be cancelled by email (don’t expect to hear back) but the T-shirts on the confirmation we’re not Boss and the size was wrong. This is obviously a scam, the address and number on the FB page are not linked with the company. Only £45 but I’m like a dog when it comes to this kind of stuff, I will find out who owns this company and make their life hell

Do not buy anything from this company.i saw the advert on instagram,it shows top quality products. When items arrive they are shoddy, poor quality andcheaply produced . Tried to contact them asking for refund,no reply.
Steer Clear

Didnt turn up , total scam

Also advertised as Beleva.
Return Policy?
Although it says goods can be returned, when I asked for instructions for the return of a blouse, I was told that I would have to pay the shipping of between £20 - £30 and that I would be better to take a 20% refund and keep the blouseì. I refused this and I was then offered 30%. I refused and asked for a full refund.I paid over £40 for the blouse which was far too large and too long.I can't use it nor would I want to.
I informed them that I may accept 50% but they have not got back to me.
There is nowhere in the advert that says shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
I'm getting nowhere with this company.

Total scam! Do not buy anything from this fraudulent company. Stupidly I placed an order before reading their reviews, and although I cancelled the order a few hours after placing it, the items were still dispatched (10 days later). Between placing the order and the dispatch I contact them about 40 times - I’ve now realised that I was in communication was an A1 bot who just took me round in circles! A lesson learned the hard way!

Absolute Scam !Be warned do not buy from this company !!!! What arrived is nothing like what you order ! Shocking fabric cheap and smelly !! Trying to get a refund is practically impossible ……AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

Sorry I didn’t read or see any reviews before I made contact with this company. I identified some issues with the watch I had placed the order for within 10 minutes of doing so. I emailed them instantly to say please do not send this watch and stated my issues. I was promised in writing they would not dispatch.. wrong they simply sent this watch I didn’t want. It’s now been 5 weeks and 26 emails, promised to pay for the return or 50% credit, they stall and send the same email response continuously. Please don’t purchase anything from them!!! Scam
