Do not use this company. Dreadful customer service. Clothes don't arrive. They use Yodel delivery who are DREADFUL. Someone needs to get them off Instagram. Cheap Chinese company preying on customers!

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star but not an option for that! They pretend to be a an established London store closing down but are not that at all. Badly made, cheap materials coming from China. The dress I bought clearly looks like cotton/linen in the photos but in reality it is more like shiny tent material, just hideous! They make it very difficult to return goods as the cost is more than the goods are worth!
Do not buy from them, what you receive is nothing like what they photograph on their website. If you read their website they are clearly displaying inaccurate reviews. Lesson learned for the future, will always check the finer details of where these things are coming from.

Yet again another scam Chinese company advertising as a trusted uk firm website says you willi get your money back no question as long as goods are returned with 30 days. Alarm bells when you get an email from a person offering you 10% because they have an eco-warehouse so clearly the returns address noted on the parcel is bogus. I have recrived an email from someone called (Vivienne ashbury) exactly how it appears on behalf of this company if this person is an agent for them she should be contacted too for duping people. I imagine that this’ll be a made up name by the way it apoears,

It even one star. Their clothing is poor quality. You are able to return your goods as they come from china and it will cost you more than your order to return it. Awful customer service and they do not reply to emails.

The dress is nothing like the photo or the description, the fabric is cheap and nasty and the quality is very poor, no return slip in the package. I have requested a refund but i don't hold out much hope.
