I really commend this company. I recently had an issue with my buggy, through no fault of Bella baby! Zeila was really helpful and was able to get me a new part and was a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is second to none and it really does make a customer want to return.

Ordered a maxi cosi monitor over a year ago. Noticed recently the battery has begin to expand and therefore might catch fire. I emailed the team in Bella Baby and after supplying some photos and receipts they sent me a new unit which arrived within two days. Free of charge. Very impressed with this level of customer service and speed.

We got gifted with a baby monitor purchased from Bella baby and after 10 months the screen stopped working. I contacted the customer support and I honestly was pleasantly surprised at the great response and service I received. I dealt with Zelia who was extremely helpful and the response time was excellent. I am going to receive a replacement screen so am delighted 😁

Absolutely fantastic service from Bella baby in the Oranmore store. Nuala was amazing at helping us. We ordered our buggy travel system 2 months ago and collected it today. Previously we walked into the shop not knowing anything and she broke everything down and was just so nice to deal with. We had tried another store in Galway and one in limerick where the service was no where near what we received in Bella baby. Thank you so much for your help Nuala!!

Very rude staff member. Very unpleasant experience, I came to the shop looking for advice and to buy a stroller, seems I have disturbed 2 shop assistants chatting to each other, as one female flew down to me and made me feel so unwanted and uncomfortable in the shop. I have asked her can she suggest parent facing stroller that easy to fold as im driving. The answers were pretty rude. We don't have strollers that would feet your car! (Excuse me, you're never bothered to ask what im driving, my jeep is huge!) We don't have any models that parent facing ( it was at least 2 on the floor) when I have approached bogaboo parent facing model sales assistant shouted out ,,,IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE FOR YOU,,
That was the last point of my patience for that rudeness! Little that she knew that stroller that i came in with my child in her shop was a double price of what was on the floor, but it's heavy for me and uncomfortable to fold, that's why i was looking for something else.
Question where management is looking that staff members are so untrained and so rude?!!!

Staff so efficient and knew exactly what adapters etc I needed to upgrade my buggy for baby number 2. Excellent communication with me on ordering items and before delivery. Took all the stress out of it!

Friendly and knowledgable staff in Oranmore. They are so welcoming and their service is excellent. I’ve always been satisfied with the products they they recommend and the delivery options are great. It’s always. My first port of call for any new items I need.

Amazing service. By far the nicest staff to deal with. I recently needed to purchase a travel buggy and Nuala was just the nicest person to help me and make the right choice for me. Super quick delivery even on a preorder item. Would highly recommend them.

I had a paper voucher that was 4 years old and couldn't be used online. The staff at Bella Baby were able to help me order my items over the phone as I don't live near a store. They honoured the voucher even though it was 4 years old and were so helpful and friendly on the phone. They had my item dispatched on a day that suited me and I would highly recommend them

We are currently expecting our 1st baby, and visited Bella Baby on Tuesday afternoon, we were kindly greeted by Nuala who was so pleasant and easy to deal with. We didn't know what we were looking for, but within minutes we had our travel system bought. Thanks so much to Nuala, she is a brilliant sales woman. We will definitely be recommending people where to go

Excellent customer service from Bella Baby, I wanted to add additional items to my Yoyo3 that was delivered in a short turnaround time. I phoned them to explain which items I’m looking for and lovely Nuala immediately knew what I wanted and sorted me out over the phone. Delighted with the service.

Ordered wrong item, entirely my fault, spoke with Nuala in the office and had it all sorted in no time, prompt delivery and very good service.. highly recommend

Danielle in the Oranmore Store was so kind and helpful in dealing with us. As first time parents-to-be it can be very daunting but Danielle put us both at ease straight away and answered all our questions. She was very knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend her more!

The girls in store were so helpful, can't remember one of the girls names but the other was Katie in the oranmore store she was really helpful for me and my husband picking a travel system for our first child. We got a demo picking up the travel system today which has helped us understand how it will work practically. Only place I could find the joolz brand travel systems too. We've bought another few items of baby stuff from them also at good prices. Would recommend to anyone in the west of Ireland, they are filling a much needed gap in the market as there isn't many physical baby shops at all around with good quality brands!

Possibly the in store experience is better than the online one. The website makes claim to a next day delivery promise on orders placed before 12 noon. I've only ordered from this website twice and on both occasions, orders placed before 12 noon... no next day delivery. My first order I was waiting close to a week, and i continue to wait for my second order to arrive. The first instance was blamed on DPD, fair enough, courier companies can be busy, things get missed, no biggie, however, I'm back in the same position again, my order should have been delivered today, I've contacted DPD and they haven't even received the order into their network from the shop. It's disappointing just be warned if you need something in a hurry this doesn't seem to be the place to get it.

I am very difficult customer, but all ladies who are working in Bella Baby are so nice, lovely and so helpful even the gentlemen who fitted our car seat in the car. I have changed my mind with color of our cybex like 3 times and there was never a problem to change it. They answered all questions and they made you feel - no question is stupid question. Highly recommending this shop.

Brilliant customer service. Quick, very responsive, accommodating and very kind. Would definitely choose to purchase from them again on account of how great is their customer success.

Deserves more than a 5-star-rating! I recently had a warranty issue and it was resolved efficiently. Always a pleasure dealing with Bella Baby Cork!
