Oh my goshhhhh. Hahaha please don't buy the snap on teeth. Hilarious.. Cheapest plastic ever. Something you would buy in pound land.. Absolutely awful. Those reviews must be fake as there is noooo way anyone would ever wear these teeth. I've not laughed so much in ages. Also upset I spent that money on something that clearly cost a couple of pence. How is this company still able to sell items. Stay well clear..

My experience with BellaGadgets was extremely poor. Actually, I can't remember it being that bad with any other company. As they don't provide phone numbers on their website (dodgy!) I tried to e-mail them. No reply to my multiple e-mails and weeks of chasing. Now I consider reporting them

Absolutely awful company.
Purchased an item that was no what I needed and emailed numerous times but no reply.
Still waiting for a refund and have now gone thru PayPal.... see what happens,
Bella gadgets are not a good company to buy from. 👎👎👎👎

I ordered an item and received in good time but realised that I ordered the wrong item. I have been trying to return it for a refund but they seem to avoid my emails. I do not have a return address or contact details either. This company should not be allowed to operate as a legitimate company.

Placed and paid for an order after reading which are clearly fake reviews on the website.

After several emails to them I still have not had a reply back about the products or a refund not even a confirmation of the order ... looks like I've lost my money .

I placed an order with this company having read their excellent on site customer reviews of the product I was interested in.
It wasn’t until I’d paid via PayPal that I realised it was a company a very long way away!!! Too late I’d paid. Then I looked at reviews on Trust Pilot and I was very worried that I wouldn’t be receiving my products. So I emailed them and asked for a delivery date or a refund. I actually got several replies and an assurance of dispatch. About a month from payment my items arrived, intact, reasonably well packed and as described. However all of the instructions were in Chinese. We managed to install our three retractable washing lines and so far they haven’t fallen apart! I have given three stars because I think it should be made clear where the company is based and the invariably long wait for delivery. Also the instructions were of no use to us.
I was very relieved that the products were as described. Have to say their communication was efficient. However I prefer to shop within the UK in case there are problems down the line with products.
Note to self to double check before paying.

Fraudulent, thieving and dishonest. Faulty item sent and no refund given. When I tried emailing them they didn't respond dispute trying to contact them several times. AVOID!!!!

Bought adjustable glasses which did not work. Relied on the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, asked for return address. Took many emails to get any sort of reply and then only after I had involved PayPal. Return address is in Morocco and a signed for delivery was required. Further PayPal involvement got offer of full refund but only if returned to Morocco at my expense. The cost would have been more than half the value of the item with no guarantee that supplier woud honour deal so decided to cut my losses and be more careful about placing orders with (alleged) UK companies that do not publish an address or contact number.
Caveat emptor strikes again !

Terrible customer service and once they do respond they repeatedly repeat them selves. I will never use them again

Not fit for purpose. Pure rubbish,fell apart as soon as I tried to adjust them . Avoid at all costs .

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
I bought a pair of eyeglasses for my mother-in-law as a christmas present because I believed in the "good" reviews about the eyeglasses on Bella Gadgets Homepage. The eyeglasses were far from what was described on the homepage and mother-in-law could see better without these cheap finished eyeglasses from Bella Gadgets. I wanted to send the eyeglasses back to Bella Gadgets. I wrote AT LEAST SEVEN emails through three different email-adresses to this company asking for the instructions to send the glasses back and get back the refund of the paid amount. I don't need an useless pair of glasses!!! Only when I complained to PayPal there was an answer to me from Bella Gadgets saying that an email was "supposedly" sent to me which, OF COURSE never arrived. The Bella Gadgets emails adverts always arrived almost everyday but the one about the eyeglasses NEVER!!!! Bella Gadgets alleged the eyeglasses were not damaged. I never said they were damaged.It was NEVER THE CASE!!!! In fact, I was very clear with my complaint, I said they useless and I wanted my money back and for that I needed the instructions to know how to send them back to Bella Gadgets. PayPal was a big deception because decided in favour of Bella Gadgets saying that the eyeglasses were not damaged. AGAIN IT WAS NOT THE CASE!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided that I WILL NEVER BUY ONLINE ANYTHING AGAIN COMING FROM ASIA and I've already started to do it since the beginning of this year. I may pay more buy online in Europe but It's quicker, the quality is better and if I want to send the product back there is no problem at all. SO, NO MORE ONLINE SHOPPING FROM ASIA!

Ordered items for my children at Christmas never appeared when finaly did it was half the amount and no refund , awful awful company do not use !!!

Scam Company - sells cheaply made alternatives to what are advertised, shipped directly from China. Company is not registered legally in the UK - check Companies House to see that they are dissolved as of Oct 2020. Terms & Conditions on the website are even copy & pasted poorly with information missing. After my order was processed, started receiving explicit spam emails and now going through the returns process which is clearly being made purposefully difficult.

UPDATE: After requesting their returns address 6 six times, I finally got an answer - Morocco! If, like me, you were unfortunate enough to place an order with them I would advise contacting your bank to report a fraudulant transaction and also report Bella Gadgets with Trading Standards, you can do so via a simple form if you search for it.

I ordered LEDECO™ : Color Changing LED Light Strip with Remote Control as a Christmas gift in November and I'm still chasing Bella Gadgets for delivery in late January.
They initially claimed the item was delivered, then changed that to say it was with Royal Mail and I needed contact them. This was despite the tracking info on their website showing it was still In Transit. I checked with Royal Mail anyway and sure enough, it has never reached them.
2 months and 7 emails later (often having to send various chasers to prompt a reply) I'm still waiting for the goods or any acknowledgement of a refund.
Don't waste your time or money on this company.

I ordered some lights for my granddaughter for Christmas, to hang around her new bed.
They took almost four weeks to arrive !
My daughter in law sent me a video just after Christmas, the control didn’t work, the lights flashed continually.
I contacted Bella, they asked me to forward the video, I did this and have heard nothing at all.
I sent another email, nothing !!
I wished I had read the reviews, sadly I didn’t.
They cost £23.40 , such a waste.
What a rubbish company !! to have hundreds of bad reviews & do nothing about putting the record right.

I ordered some LED lights for my daughter xmas present. Once we had put them up I ordered another set to finish off the room. Inbetween ordering the new set and them coming the LED lights we had put up didnt stick and kept falling down an absolute waste of money they do not stick. I ended up pulling them off the walls and putting them in the bin £45 on rubbish. When the new set arrived i intended on sending them straight back didnt even open them to find there is no return address so i contacted them to get no reply. I contacted pay pal who I took up a dispute with and surprise surprise they got back to me the next day telling me they would look at the situation and get back to me. They got back telling me I can have my mony back for the new set of lights if I send them back by tracked post which I said yes thanks so much I would post them by the end of the week. I went to the post office to be told that to have them tracked I would have to pay £16.10 to send them back to Morocco £7 less than the lights coast me. As far as I can see this company is an absolute disgrace there happy to take your money and you get rubbish back in return. They have had £70 of my money and my little girl has nothing in return. I will never use this company again and would urge people to stay away it's a con. I wouldn't have given any stars but had to give 1 as it wouldn't let me write a review.

Scam and scum do not buy from these people they are dishonest in their practices. Just received an order and it’s not work 1p will put it in the bin as they charge for return they say no refund after 30 days of purchase and it took longer than that to receive it.

Scam. Robbers. Never buy anything from this unknown webside. I were a victim of this thieves. I bought an item who took 4 weeks to arrived. The item was over price but I did not know. Next day I purchased the same item from another seller. Wich arrived in 3 days. I wrote several times to this bellagadgets. They never replied me and when they did they have the nerve to asked me what was the problem!! I told them that I need an address to send the item back and they never contact me again!!! Just bad people. Don't buy anything from them

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY ! Order of LED lights took over 2 weeks to arrive, too late for xmas. No email response when asked for a delivery date. When lights eventually arrived, box was bashed, lights don't work & no returns label or information on how to return for a refund. Eventually an email response promised a resolution within 48 hours... .that was 5 days ago and I'm still waiting. PRODUCT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE AS GOOD AS THE PICTURE ON WEBSITE OF BELLAGADGETS ! POOR SERVICE, POOR PRODUCT... company not to be trusted !
UPDATE : Finally received an email today.... I have to return the lights to Bella Gadgets in Morrocco and pay for the postage myself. THEY PAY FOR YOUR POSTAGE IF YOU ORIGINALLY PAY FOR THE GOODS VIA PAYPAL... WORTH NOTING ! IN THE T's & C's apparently !
