they sent me a clearly used mouth guard then blocked my email when I requested a refund!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Can anyone suggest how i can get a refund? I’ve tried contacting this company 3 times and i see now that they are scamming people...

This company needs investigated by Trading Standards as they promise the earth and deliver rubbish. After no response from company I opened a case with Paypal and they refunded my money.

Ordered the adjustable glasses. What a waste of time, they are not fit for purpose. Have tried to return them but all attempts to contact Bella Gadgets have failed. They block the messages. Wish I had checked the reviews. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Hello! I would like to complain in regards to me buying one of your items, I brought the false teeth from you and it completely didn’t work and is a complete flop and tried putting in a complaint for numerous amount of days without any success because it kept on telling me it wouldn’t sent through. I have still emailed you on your actual website with no reply after a week now and I really need a refund now because I only have 30 days to get my money back and it won’t allow me to email so please can I have a refund!!!

Product is actually unwearable - please do not waste your money. This is an absolute scam.

We have had the same bad stuff. Rubbish products and then every excuse under the sun for not paying money back, ending with them changing the email address that they ask you to reply to. Return goods to Libya!!! That gives you a clue.

This company is extremely dodgy. I ordered from them, the item never arrived, they provided me with invalid tracking information and they even blocked my email address.
Ended up going via PayPal resolution to get my money back

I ordered an item on 30th January but nothing arrived. I wrote 12 emails asking for updates. Promises to contact me within 48 hours came to nothing. I asked for a refund. They sent a tracking number which didn't work and I have still, 6 weeks later, not received anything. They have now blocked me. They have my money and I have nothing other than anger and frustration. Do not have anything to do with these cheats. They are totally untrustworthy. They do not deserve a one star

Complete rip off. I bought glasses for £21 that were supposed to be great for reading and distance by adjusting dials on the side. The reviews on the website were excellent. Little did I know that they were false. Normally, when you order something online, you receive an email soon after saying that the item has been dispatched. This didn’t happen, so I emailed to ask about delivery. I heard nothing for 9 days, then I received an email saying that someone would contact me within 48 hours. I haven’t heard anything since. The glasses arrived today after 3 weeks. They don’t do what they said online. They are so low quality and probably cost pennies to make. They’re not even good for reading. They are extremely blurry. The lenses are made of plastic! I read their return policy and it’s more hassle than it’s worth. I’ve read the ‘real’ reviews and can’t believe that this company is getting away with this.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT FIT FOR USE AND YOU CAN'T GET A REFUND AND THEY EVEN BLOCK YOUR EMAIL!!

Horrible product!! Complete scam!! MySmile- Perfect Smile Veneers!

I ordered MySmile™ : Perfect Smile Veneers for £18.95 as it looked so good when worn, based on the advert. However, on receipt, I discovered it was a complete scam. I wanted to upload the product to Bellagadget, but on a second thought asked for refund. I was told to post it to Morocco address ans send proof of refund. I did but the email did not go through. I called and no one called back.

No sane human being can being wear this product. I had to use my hand to hold it up so I can take the photographs and sent it to Bella gadgets so I could get a refund. The two pieces of rubber inserted changed to colourless when in hot water, but when I inserted as instructed on Bella's website, it did not fit, the fake teeth was too big that no one can wear it and be able to talk or open mouth without it falling out!!

Please beware, do not buy it. It is complete scam!!

I have the same problem I have ordered and still not received I’ve now emailed watchdog and think that everyone else should aswell to see if we can get to the bottom of this and stop it happening to other people

I placed an order on the 25th February I've still not recieved it I emailed on the 6th March said they would get back in 48 hours not heard back nor are my other emails going through. It looks like i have lost the £25.95 wont be ordering from these people again.

This company is the worst never get back to you always say we'll be in touch with in 48 hours never do tuck my money but never sent my items i have asked for full refund and not getting anywhere think they playing it out till after 30days so they dont have to give me my money witch was over 50 quite should i say so stay away form these

I put one star because I had to, I wouldn't put any stars if I had a choice, company is a disgrace, selling crap they refuse to refund on.
Avoid is the only best option.

Not even worth 1 star, the worst company ever, paid for an item I never received, they do not answer e mails, how can a fraudulent company be allowed to trade. CROOKS!
