I ordered a couch from Bellamia on December 1, 2025 and nearly five months later, the order is still not complete.
What was supposed to be a straightforward purchase turned into a prolonged and frustrating process. The order went through multiple delays, changing timelines, and repeated follow-ups just to get basic updates. The original cushion configuration I selected was not fulfilled and was substituted due to availability issues.
After finally receiving the couch, it arrived incomplete â missing a full back cushion, making part of it unusable. I have since had to purchase temporary pillows just to use the couch at all.
Communication has been inconsistent and confusing. I was recently told a delivery attempt was made for a missing part, despite never receiving tracking information or being contacted directly. At the same time, Iâve been given additional wait times of 4â8 weeks.
A $100 refund was issued, which does not reflect the extent of the delays, incomplete delivery, or overall experience on a purchase of this size.
If you are considering ordering, I would strongly recommend confirming item availability and being prepared for potential delays and incomplete shipments.

Months later, Iâm getting bombarded by a customer service representative that they now have the cushions I ordered. They wonât deliver them, yet call me constantly and leave no voicemail or link to book a delivery window like before. The logistics company they use is texting me with emojis and coming across as a complete scam! Do not order from this company unless you want to have a customer service experience from hell. The couch is not worth the money. The cushions lost their shape after one use. No matter how much you fluff them up they have lumps and gaps in the filling. This couch was a total rip off, and the entire company feels like a scam with false promises.

The sofa is absolutely amazing and such a great addition to my home. The velvet is surprisingly durable and even holds up well with my cat which was a huge plus for me.
As someone who works in interior design, Iâm pretty particular about furniture and this is definitely a sofa I would recommend. Iâm really impressed with Bellamia Collections.

Do not buy from here. The couches are so poorly made and cheap that their team would rather send 3 replacements and a tech out than give you your money back. Iâve asked for a refund 3 times. After the initial delivery I asked, they sent a tech and then a replacement. Not what I asked for. I asked for a refund multiple times and each time itâs well we can send another one just send us pictures and videos. Iâm sick of this. I just reached out again to their customer service team that takes 3-5 business days to get back to each simple response and now theyâre saying well they canât refund me because Iâm past 30 days. Well I was past 30 days before the couch got to my home. I was within 30 days of delivery the first 2 times I asked for a refund. I am still, now, within 30 days of my replacement being sent. DO NOT BUY HERE. the company is a scam and the couch is NOT made as advertised. Itâs shipped from China and made from Plywood about the thickness of cardboard.

Love the Bella Pillow Sofa so much! I received my sofa a week ago, and it exceeded my expectations. The cushions feel soft and super comfortable, and I love that they are removable and easy to wash. I got the storage ottoman, and it was a great decision since I like to keep the extra blankets stored away. If you are looking for the best modular sofa, this is the one. It definitely checks all the boxes!

Iâm sharing an honest review of my experience with Bellamia, as I still have not received the sofa I ordered.
I placed my order on January 15. Before purchasing, I intentionally read existing reviews and saw multiple customers reporting communication issues prior to delivery. To avoid that situation, I contacted customer service in advance to confirm the item was in stock and would ship within the stated timeframe. I was assured that it would.
After placing my order, however, I received no proactive communication at all. When the original shipping window passed with no update, I had to reach out myself on February 10 to request information.
During that conversation, customer service:
⢠Confirmed the original estimated ship window (January 20â27) had already passed
⢠Could not provide a specific or reliable new ship date
⢠Ultimately stated only a vague estimate of 7â10 additional business days, with no confirmation
⢠Acknowledged that the originally provided timeline had been missed
I understand that delays can happen. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of proactive communication, especially for furniture priced above $2,000. At this price point, customers should reasonably expect transparency, clear logistics updates, and accurate fulfillment timelines.
Based on the number of similar reviews describing the same issue, this appears to be an ongoing operational problem that has not been meaningfully addressed.
As of today, a significant amount of time has passed since my January 15 order, and I still do not have a reliable ship or delivery date. The inability of Bellamia to provide even basic fulfillment clarity is both frustrating and deeply unprofessional.
I hope Bellamia takes this feedback seriously and implements meaningful improvements to customer communication, order transparency, and delivery accuracy.

We really like our new sectional/modular sofa from Bellamia. I was a little nervous purchasing from what looked to be a newer company, but the sofa was just about perfect for what we had been looking for (modular, deep seats, velvet, non-cloud cushion options, many color options, machine washable fabric, free shipping, and affordable price). I had a question before purchasing the sofa and they responded quickly, and the sofa was delivered with no issues within 2 weeks of our purchase date. The cushions/platforms were comfortable but a bit firm at the beginning, but they did settle in and I feel happy every time I cuddle up on the sofa. Dog hair (we have shedders) does collect on the velvet but comes off easily, and our dogsâ nails havenât left any noticeable damage after over 6 months. We havenât washed the cushion covers yet but they seem like theyâll hold up to that well. We do need to adjust the cushions a couple times a week since they can slide around a bit, but I love that all of the cushions are not attached so that you can rotate them as needed for even wear.

Customer service is completely ineffective. They reply with empty, generic messages and fail to provide even the most basic information: when the sofa is expected to ship. Iâm not asking for an exact delivery date, not an hour, not even a specific day. Just a minimal indication. They canât even do that.
Every single morning I open the Shop app hoping to see a status change. For two weeks straight, there has been absolutely no update. No shipping notice, no progress, no accountability. The order is frozen exactly as it was the day I placed it.
When I asked for a refund or compensation due to the delay and this poor handling, I received no meaningful response. Instead, they hide behind a policy claiming they are ânot obligated to provide delivery timelines.â Thatâs not a policy â thatâs a convenient excuse to avoid responsibility for their own failures.
On top of that, Iâve seen many reviews from other customers who did not receive their orders in full â missing parts, incomplete deliveries, and ongoing issues. At this point, Iâm not only waiting weeks for a sofa, Iâm also worried that if it ever arrives, it wonât even be complete.
Bottom line:
No transparency. No accountability. No real customer service.
For a company selling furniture at these prices, this is completely unacceptable. I strongly regret ordering from Bellamia and would advise others to think twice.

Absolutely do not recommend this company. Their website and policies seem reasonable, but the follow through isn't there. I ordered a couch over a month ago and it has not arrived. My delivery window came and went. Each time I contacted customer service, there was a new excuse for the delay, and an assurance it would ship by X date. None of them were true. They never offered to refund me or ship an in stock color, as their website states they would offer. I requested to cancel several times and they wouldn't process my request, they kept delaying, until now the couch has supposedly shipped. So if I proceed with a return request at this point, they'll charge me a large return fee. I believe they delayed communication to further manipulate the situation and scam me out of money. They didn't "ship" until I told them I'd be contacting my credit card company to report fraud. Terrible company. Even if this couch arrives and is the best couch in the world (which I doubt), this company is unscrupulous and not interested in customer satisfaction.

I ordered the Bella Sofa and the delivery process was terrible. The delivery company was a no call/no show for the initial delivery. The sofa quality is very poor. There are stains on the fabric and the pieces do not align properly. The color variation in the fabric does not match so it looks like I have two different sofa colors. I will be returning this sofa. Customer care was initially kind, but only offered to send a replacement and no additional compensation for the terrible experience and inconvenience.

This company is new and I have had an awful experience. I ordered the Luna couch and like others, only received part of my order. This is especially frustrating when the delivery date is scheduled and any numbers or methods of contact listed for the delivery company don't work and aren't connected. I received just the ottoman and not the couch. I immediately communicated with Bellamia Collections and the communication has been extremely poor. I haven't heard back from them. I'm very disappointed and will be filing a claim to hopefully get a refund.
