They claim no hassle returns. However, they will not refund your money. Only give store credit. Their sizing is way off. Buyer Beware.

Cannot receive full refund due to their "store policy." Only a store credit.

I bought a pair of shapewear slip shorts at the full price, and at checkout they offered a second pair for a discounted price. I ended up buying two pairs. I chose my size based on their size chart. They ended up being far too small. So tight that they were really digging in to my abdomen. When I contacted the company to try to return them, I kept getting the same email over and over again stating that it had been a final sale. They wouldn't even let me exchange for a larger size. When I purchased them it clearly stated a full 30 day return guarantee. So after spending a good amount of money, I am stuck with two pairs that are so tight I can hardly breathe and I feel as though they're going to injure my internal organs! Customer service was absolutely terrible and I would definitely NOT recommend!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I have emailed this company maybe 20 times and never get a response. I wanted to return 2 items originally because I received 4 and only wanted 2. The other 2 were ordered by accident. I got so angry I decided to return all 4. But was never able to get any help. I wouldn't buy anything from this company!!!

I was so excited to purchase these because the advertising claimed they would not roll down. Unfortunately, they rolled down just like every other shapewear garment I've tried.

I contacted the company to express my disappointment, but they responded that because more than 30 days had passed since my purchase, they could not issue a refund. I purchased them in May but didn't have the opportunity to wear them until July, so I didn't discover the problem until after the return window had closed.

Very disappointing. Buyers, beware.

I received the merchandise in a timely manner, but it did not fit as I was anticipating and needed to return. I sent an email within the required 14 days from receipt to advise that I wanted to return the items and no response at all. I tried searching for a phone number but the only number I found on the Shop app did not appear to work. I sent an additional email a few days later and have still not heard anything back. VERY disappointed in the customer experience with this company.

First of all, I purchased a black and a tan the black I could not get up the tan one once I did put them on sadly kept rolling down. It would not stay up to bend over and even put my shoes on then when I contact customer service about returning them. They told me sadly no it is not a returnable item neither of them because they were discounted, but they advertise hassle free no worries so truly am dissatisfied disappointed and all around not as satisfied

These are the poorest quality ever. They put everything on sale on purpose so you cannot return anything even when they're defective. It's about the seams in the pantie

Do not buy.

I’d give zero rating if I could. I ordered several pieces using their sizing chart; all arrived so small they’d fit a cat. I reached out by email as their website instructed. I didn’t wish to return, rather I merely wanted to exchange for a proper size (again, I’d gone by their sizing chart which is way off). No loss to them, right? I sent several emails over a period of weeks. By the time I finally got a reply they said I’d passed the time allowed to return or exchange and I’m out of luck.
What a scam. DO NOT order from this company!!

Do not order this product. The fit is terrible and you can’t return the items. They tell you it’s final sale and it is not indicated when you purchase it. Terrible product and terrible customer service

I was pretty excited about this product, but very disappointed. My order took much longer than expected and they roll just like all other shape wear. I ordered two pair and upsized just like the other reviews suggested. They still roll. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

Terrible customer service! I ordered shapewear By Bella/Bella Shapewear in a Large. What I received was a 2XL and the item looked nothing like what I ordered. It did not fit and I immediately tried to return it for a refund. This company does not provide a return address nor a phone number to call. I spent months sending emails to the customer service address provided, but got nowhere and never received a refund. This company also provided false information to my bank when I tried to dispute the charge. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.

Ten days in transient, been there done this before with fraudulent companies! Beware!

I bought the tuck and life shorts. The shipping was very slow, and when I finally received them, the sizing was small, so I wanted to exchange them for a size bigger. The company boasts an easy "no questions asked" exchange policy, so I emailed customer service to initiate an exchange as instructed on the website. Three emails later, I have yet to hear back. This is why the policy is "no questions asked": you will never hear back, and therefore no questions can be asked. Do not buy from this company. Spend a little more money and go with a better, more reputable company.

So I bought bellashapewear under their deal of 2 for $64 instead of 1 for $45 thinking it’s nice to have a deal. Says free returns for 30 days (but did not read full return policy). I got product then asked to exchange for smaller size but they don’t allow. Warning to all NOT to buy anything on sale from there!!! They will not allow u to return or exchange saying it’s a “final sale.” It’s in their return policy that anything 20% off is not allowed to return. STUPID policy!! I would even pay to ship it back if they’d allow returns/replacements but they do not. DO NOT believe their reviews on website either since likely fake (as I cannot enter a review there after buying from them).

BEWARE!!! Avoid this company at all costs. They do not despatch for months and then claim their products are final sale and cannot be returned (despite their refund policy remaining silent on this) - BEWARE!!!

I ordered 1 size in error and tried reaching out to cancel- no response through their customer service. Then ordered my size and the size larger. Arrived in approximately 1 month( all 3 in the same package.
The size runs very small. The material is not breathable and the top does roll down. My purchase was on sale so if you can reach customer service to return
(I was not successful) you can only return full price items to receive a store credit.
Gave 1 star to bad (no) customer service, size runs small, top rolls down, nonbreathable material.

VERY SNEAKY WEBSITE ! What a scam, please know when the website offers you “ buy 2 and save 20%” your order becomes “FINAL SALE” . Most reputable companies will make this clear when buying something. Not Bella Shapewear.. BTW, the bra DOES NOT SUPPORT, DO NOT BUY! The shapewear is not breathable, plan to get sweaty in this product. It’s all going to be donated . The company is a rip off.

Finally purchased a pair when they went on sale. Took over a month to arrive, then I was shocked to find that after purchasing my normal size, I couldn’t even get them on. When I reached out for info on returning them for refund, I was then told that since I purchased at what they claim is half price, there was no refund. Another scam from China. Dont make the same mistake.

I would give this company no stars if I could. DO NOT BUY from them. I tried to cancel my order within 3 minutes and they did not do it and said -it had already shipped . Went back and forth with an AI bot named Chin and it was of not help-said I couldn’t cancel or return because I had a discount and to contact the deliverer (yeah right) whose site was in Chinese -product is horrible -DO not waste your money.
