Fast shipping. Beautiful packaging. And even more beautiful product. I have 5 pieces total. I put them on out of the box and haven’t taken them off once, and they are still shining like the first day I got them. Absolutely LOVE. Plan to buy more.

I really wanted to love my second purchase from Bellaucci because I was very happy with the first necklace I ordered. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing, particularly because of the lack of transparency around returns and the lack of response from customer service.

I ordered the gold version of the heart necklace after looking carefully at the product photos. Of the four photos shown on the website, three appeared to show a more antique/muted gold, while one appeared to be a noticeably more yellow gold. Since the majority of the photos showed the antique-gold tone, that is what I expected to receive. Unfortunately, the necklace I received is much more yellow gold, which does not work well with my skin tone, so I requested a return.

The website does not make it clear that, although the jewelry is shipped to U.S. customers from a California address, a U.S. customer requesting a return is required to pay for international shipping to England. I only learned this after contacting customer service about a return. That is a significant distinction for a U.S. customer, as international return shipping can be considerably more expensive than domestic shipping. I believe this should be clearly disclosed in the return policy before purchase so customers can make an informed decision regarding purchase and risk.

I was offered the option to keep the necklace for 15% off, but I don’t want to keep an item I won’t wear. I responded that am requesting a full refund and am willing to return the necklace to the shipping location. However, it has now been a week since I emailed regarding the return, and I still have not received a response.

My main issue is not that I didn’t like the color in person; colors can vary between photographs and real life. My concern is that the return process and international shipping requirement were not sufficiently transparent at the time of purchase, and now I am having difficulty even getting a response to resolve the return.

I hope Bellaucci will clarify this information for U.S. customers and improve communication with customers who need to make a return.

Had to have a replacement sent and it went smoothly. The quality of the jewelry is what I expected- very nice. Delivery was fast.

Such a beautiful necklace, doesn’t irritate my skin. It looks stunning in person, I haven’t taken it off since I got it. I mean that is the point right? ☺️🖤

My black heart ring is beautiful. I never take it off. I ordered the heart necklace and the cross necklace. Waiting for it to be delivered. I'm very pleased with my free bracelet as well.
Quality jewelry

They look pretty when they arrive, but honestly, nothing like the marketing photos. They are cheaper looking in comparison. The necklace is slightly better than the bracelet.
I was gifted the stainless steel and white "Mother of Pearl"
Within 2 weeks, some of the pearl went yellow and the bracelet broke several times (because didn't take them off, like the advert suggested they could sustain).
If I was you, I'd spend £120 plus on something else. Go to a jewellers shop.

The quality of the pieces is excellent. The only complaint is the 3 - 4 delivery. I didn't realize it would ship immediately but take an additional 3 weeks to get to me. I didn't have it for the event for which I needed it, but it is definitely worth the wait so far. Now, to see how it holds up.

The item I received was not what was pictured. Heart pendant not flush, has gaps. Consider before purchasing because they will not provide return postage.

I like the piece, I would like it more if it had more adjustment available. Like if it was available in like a s/m and a L/XL type deal.
Otherwise it’s nice and I would purchase again.

The customer service was great they checked in to make sure my secondary order was not a mistake because I ordered two identical sets, one for me one for my friend. So I appreciated that.
I've only been wearing it for a few days but so far I love it- the quality is as promised.
