Belleek Pottery レビュー

My order arrived on time and very carefully handled. The item which is crystallised glass set looks beautiful and the quality is great… looks exactly as described in the picture.

Lovely Wine Glasses, highly recommend this product.

2 cups broken on arrival - reported via email got a quick response to advise would be replaced but still waiting on the cups … seem this very poor service from the company

Love the crystal dachshund which I bought for my daughter who is matron of honour at my wedding.

As beautiful as the mugs are they are more designed for left handed people..
As your drinking you tea or coffee no one can see the beauty of the mugs 🦋🐝 as the art is faced into the drinker…
For that reason I wouldn’t recommend these mugs…I was very disappointed ☹️

Beautiful pottery, well made, and from Northern Ireland as well! What's not to like?

I got what I wanted with no problems at all and the items fitted into what I have got from Belleek before

The glasses arrived promptly and well packaged and were exactly as described. I’m delighted with them and I’ll use this company again.

Fast shipping, beautiful selection

The porcelain is beautiful, and their customer service exceeds all expectations. They are responsive and helpful, and I will be buying more from them.
This is the way online shopping should be.

I phoned Belleek today as a table lamp arrived damaged. In all honesty, I couldn't rate them high enough for the way in which this was dealt with. I was expecting to be faced with a long drawn-out and complicated process (as is the norm nowadays) but was dealt with in a friendly, efficient and professional manner, with respect and understanding.
I am very grateful for that. This is how it should be and I take my hat off to them! This company is a breath of fresh air. Thank you very much

Received my Vintage Rose teapot, sugar and creamer, cups and beautiful ceramic spoons today and couldn't be happier. Prompt delivery and so carefully packaged. Wonderful collection and will be ordering more.

Beautiful piece. Excellent shipping, well packed.

I was sent the wrong item initially. However after one phone call the item was picked up from my house and next day the right item delivered.
