Liberty & Molly have been amazing! Tysm 🙌

Both of them have been very supportive from the moment I got in touch with them up until the time I received the house key. I will patronise them again and again.

I normally don't write reviews, but I am very impressed with how my mortgage application was handled, and this makes me write a review. I also spoke with other firms, but the level of attention Liberty puts in and the thoroughness with which it hears all your concerns is not easy to find nowadays. Liberty will listen to all your concerns, advise you of all the possibilities, and take up all the documentation before applying to ensure everything goes smoothly. She has an Eagle eye and stays on top of your stuff. Molly on the other side assisted me and proactively advised me on all updates. My experience with Bell Financial in particular with Liberty and Molly has been amazing. It's a rare find of such personalities and I am thankful I found them. I also asked a couple of repeated questions which they already answered and their patience in dealing with me is on an extra level. @Liberty @Molly, once again, thank you so much for assisting me, and as always I do appreciate this. I will surely be back potentially for a BTL mortgage. You guys are lovely and amazing.

From start to finish, even odd weekends and evenings when my mind racing full of questions, I can't thank Liberty and Molly enough! (March to Oct).
Nothing was too much trouble, even if I did ask numerous, sometimes same questions, as this is my first OWNED home!

Highly recommended to anyone looking to buy, I'm in the NHS and the salaries are not always great, never thought on my salary would get my house.

Daniel and Hayley are both great for the whole process. Make the whole process less stressful and they are dealing with all the paperworks and chasing.

We used Liberty as our mortgage broker for our first house. She and her team were really professional, really responsive and helpful throughout the process, especially as our circumstances were slightly more complicated than normal. Liberty and Molly were great and made the process of buying our first home much easier. Very proactive, and quick to respond to messages even on evenings and weekends! Would definitely recommend them and very reasonable fees for the great service they provide.

Liberty and Molly have been fantastic throughout the stressful time of buying our first home. They thoroughly explained the application process and supported us to getting the best deal on both our mortgage and life insurance. No question went unanswered and I was also impressed by their attentiveness and speed at which they replied. Though our purchase process took six months, Liberty and Molly continuously checked in and supported in any way they could. I couldn't recommend them enough and l'Il be back in touch as soon as the time comes around to re-mortgage. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Rachel is brilliant. She helped me to sort out my mortgage this time as a sole owner. Gave me great advice and helped me find the best offer to be able to do this. I initially was worried, being self employed and doing it solo. I thought that I'd really struggle from listening to hearsay, but honestly she was great, always put my mind at ease and always in touch for any advice/queries (even when she was on holiday!). I could not recommend her enough for all her help, absolutely fabulous!
