Absolutely amazing. BFS helped me when I needed it. Having my marriage breakdown and having to buy and sell a property they helped me with everything. They explained everything and took the pressure of having to find insurance, mortgage etc from me. They were also on hand to explain my communication from my solicitors. I can't recommend Bell Financial solutions enough. I've used them for over 10 years now and the service gets better each time. Daniel and Hayley went above and beyond to support me through the remortgage and this time round it came with additional pressures such as a messy divorce and implications on finances. Both of them were on hand for
advice, support and made the whole process so much easier. I was kept up to date daily via a WhatsApp group which I thought was a lovely touch and made me feel part of the process and informed all the way. All my family and friends use Bell financial and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. 10 out of 10 every time!!

I was able to get an answer to my query on my mortgage situation very quickly. Liberty was very helpful and answered all my questions. On this occasion, I was not able to use the services of Bell Financial Solutions due to my current lender, however, we agreed if things did change I would be keen to use their services.

Really appreciate Liberty, Molly and the entire team at Bell financial services for their outstanding assistance in getting me a mortgage, it was an effortless process with them working on the case.

Due to a sale falling through, I had two different offers whilst working with Liberty and Molly, as the offer changed during the second sale they ensured I got the best deal with the change in circumstance.

They both exceeded expectations.

Liberty diligently worked to find me the best deal in the current ever changing market. Due to the fact I work shifts, she even arranged a face to face meeting on a weekend to go through all my documentation and ensure the process was explained to me and there were no delays.

Im not a first time buyer but it was my first time buying on my own and the process would have been a lot more daunting without knowing I could call on either Liberty or Molly with any questions and they would have the answers ready for me.
Buying alone and in the current market I could never of expected everything to go so smoothly as it did.

They worked extremely efficiently, and on both occasions with the different sales they had an offer accepted for me in no time at all meaning my purchase ran smoothly.

The opening of the group chat made it easy to communicate as our working hours varied but I knew I could call them with questions if I needed too.
