DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If I could not give a star rating I would. I specifically asked google for a UK based site and I was directed to Bellora.co.uk
This company state they are UK based but the dress I ordered took a while to be delivered as it came from China!
The quality of the dress was extremely poor and nothing at all like described on the website. I chose to return the item,to then be informed I would have to return to China, at my expense.
I might add that the return address on the package was a London address. They said I was not able to return the item there as It would be likely to returned to me and the refund not paid.
I asked chat GPT for advice and I sent an email stating they were in breach of contract and highlighting my consumer rights. At first I was offered a 20% refund and to keep the item. I refused and kept refusing the offers as they were in breach. The emails continued back and forth where I demanded either a 100% refund and a UK address for return or the least I would accept was 80% and keep the dress.
I stuck to my guns and got what I asked for.
This company is a shambles and I would HIGHLY recommend NOT to buy from them.

Very poor quality not as described and advertised! I would give 0 but the system does not allow less than one star. The brand advertised as UL based and it’s actually coming from China with impossible refund and return policy. Poor communication and overall it’s a rip of and very curious how come this company is not closed and it’s still up in the market. AVOID, AVOID AVOID

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! They are registered in Netherlands and have return address as London, yet goods come from China and have to be returned there. They make cheap copies of clothes advertised and are nowhere near the quality shown in pix on website. It's all a total fraud and deception. Go to a shop and stay well away. Cost me £31+ to return to Guanggdong in China and now out of pocket. It pretty unfair you have to give a 1 star as they deserve no star rating.

What a shame. I ordered a top for Christmas. Thought it was coming from UK. Turned out it was coming from China. Didn't arrive in time and when it did it was nothing like the photo. Really cheap quality. After several conversations with customer services (In fairness they were quite responsive) they said I could keep the item and have a 100% credit towards something else. My "Something else" arrived yesterday but so cheap looking and poorly made. So I've ended up paying £39 for two items which I could have probably picked up for £10 elsewhere.

The thing I really don't like is that they make out they're a UK company and show a picture of a London store - this is fake and very misleading.

This company is a fake Chinese company and their quality is worse than Shien.
Product is such poor quality. And to return it like others have said you have to send it to China! They keep trying to offer store credit and a % of a refund. When you finally get them to agree to a refund you have to send it to China recorded delivery!
Wish I'd read these before I purchased.

Could not rate as zero unfortunately . Ordered item dec 5 th the parcel spend 6 weeks apparently bouncing round the uk . Company supplied tracking order but yodel could not recognise the tracking number supplied . Countless e mails later the company kept asking for patience to this day no parcel arrived and my bank have actioned a charge back .AVOID !!

This is the worst product and service I have ever come across. The quality of the dress was not better than a dish rag and the look was the same. Fabric was cheap and the cut was just like a 2 year old had done it. Service is even worse as tried to send back and was told this would cost apprx £50 the dress only cost £39. This company is an absolute joke and needs to be exposed as cheap, nasty clothes. Trades description should be involoved as they are not providing what they are showing

They only have 1 star because I cannot give zero.
The biggest problem I have is that this company have got their website into our uk search engines.
The item came and was not at all as described.
I tried to do a return- I was sent 3 emails consecutively trying to convince me to just accept 5%, 10%, 15% refund. Terrible service.
I am now in a battle with them, because I have had to pay £20 to return the item ( it cost £50 itself), and their country’s customs has it held up. The company are now telling me that I have to contact customs to pay to release it! Or they won’t refund me?!
This was not an instruction upon return- I followed all of their instructions (after they finally allowed me to return it).

Thieves. Bought hoody for £35 but a disgusting cheap thing arrived. Disgusting customer service, offered 30% refund. Then said I needed to return item to China. I even checked that it was UK company - fake again. Returns have to go to China - £20.70 cost!
Why can't these people just be honest. We have laws to protect our customer service but it doesn't abide to them. We shouldn't be doing business with such dishonest people. Shame on you.

This is a dishonest and deceitful company and website, masquerading as a Brirish shop. They do not honour product returns without sending the goods to China. Fortunately the goods I bought were not expensive, so I got off lightly. In future I will avoid this company like the plague.

Horrible store. Don’t buy from here it’s an absolute scam. Everything comes from chine, it’s not worth the money. Temu and AliExpress are much better than this store. They do not have a store in London. Don’t make the same mistake and buy from here as the money they offer you to make a refund is horrible. I’ve been offered 20% of what I paid. These people are absolute thieves.

Item was meant to be silk but is polyester from China asked for refund but doubt I will get it wish I had read reviews 1st

I only gave one star because the site would not allow me to give zero. Absolute rip off. The item received was nothing like described and was so poor quality I wouldn't even give it to a charity shop. Keep offering a percentage of my return but won't give me a full refund unless I send it recorded delivery back to China (and as if this will happen anyway!) DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.

If I could rate zero i absolutely would. This company is disgraceful. It pretends to have stores in London and Amsterdam yet the package arrives from china. The coat I ordered looked nothing remotely like the one the advertised online. When I request a refund they offered me store credit and 10% refund. I’ve emailed over and over again and keep getting the same automated email that Denys me a refund. DO NOT ORDER. I spent £90+ on a coat that I wouldn’t give to an animal, it’s a cheap, chemically smelly leather jacket with fur stuck to it and now I can’t get that money back. I had bought it as a Christmas gift also and obviously could not gift the coat that was sent and they refused to give me my money back. This company is a total scam.

Should be -10 stars , please don’t buy cheap Chinese rubbish that is on Temu for 10% of the cost , I fell for it , they never should be allowed to pretend they have shop in London. Absolute 💩💩

What an idiot. I should have read the below reviews prior to purchasing, please note the website is fake there is no shop in London and received the tracksuit today (from somewhere in China) I paid £90 for a tracksuit thinking it was on offer from £150 , how wrong was I .. it probably worth £5 on a market stall that’s it, I have to admit I fell for the add , don’t do the same , I know I’ve lost out and not hopeful on getting a refund , basically I’ve been suckered 🤦‍♂️
