Beware. The trainers were shipped from the Far East. They arrive in a plastic bag , no box. The strap line on the advert says leather when in actual fact it’s vegan leather. I ordered 10.5 just in case they were small fitting. I’m actually a 9.5. The trainers cripple my feet as they are in no way a 45/ 10.5. Oh yes the returns email doesn’t exist!

Paid for a jacket 3 months ago and not received. Will not reimburse me the money. AVOID

I should have read reviews before I ordered. The jumper took 3 weeks to arrive. It is tiny. No response to emails asking how to return. Don't waste your time and money. Scammers!

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still no sign of my delivery coming, it’s from china in some warehouse so if you are looking for reliable for the experience prices you are paying don’t use this website

Recently bought a tissue box from Bellvoire; it looked very high-end and seemed a bit too good to be true for the price point. Once it came in, it left me absolutely stunned! High-quality material, incredible attention to detail, and a great addition to my living room. Definitely recommend, will buy again!

This company is not responsible. The item arrived three weeks late, wrong size. The “customer service” rep wrote it was delayed by tariffs. Um, they had written me three weeks ago saying it was in transit, before the tariffs were imposed on China, the source. The item was very expensive for a hoodie. I’ll be donating it to Good Will. Strongly advise not ordering from these people, and if you see their ad on Facebook, block it!

SCAMMERS!!! Everyone be aware. I made a purchase but instead I was sent a poor quality product. Since the receipt of this product, I have attempted to contact Belvoir via their info at Belvoirofficial dot com email address but no response. Their website do not work/open - it says sorry this site is not working. This morning, I tried but I was directed to Shopify and I was asked to open a domain account with Shopify as a seller. I want to return not to sell.

This is scam!! No contact detail found. I need my full money back asap. I have now copied contact at belvoirco dot com in my last email

Never use this company. It refused supply the address for returns so that it does not have to refund the cost of a coat that I bought mail order. It has sent me number of standard replies completely ignoring my 5 requests for their address.

Do not order from Bellvoire. An obvious scam operation. Had to get my credit card company auto reverse my charge.

Blatant scam. I ordered a shirt 2 months ago but it never arrived. They made a mistake filling out the shipping info so it got sent back to their business in China.

Their site does not use Shopify as advertised and they have no way of reaching out other than an email.

I have requested a refund 7 times but they will not respond to me anymore. I will take down this review if they refund me as stated in their “return policy”

Tried to order but looking at the review I will simply not be doing so.

Ordered a shirt 18/10/24, uk 2xl for my son's christmas present (he sent link). After a couple of weeks shirt arrived from China stuffed in a small bag with no sales labels. Label in shirt 4xl but tiny, sleeves at least 6 inches too short.
One AI generated response to my email, then nothing - no returns policy at all so either this site is operating a scam, or the factory in China is.

Product took 6 weeks to arrive at my address in New York City. I ordered a size medium and received an extra large. They have refused to pay for the return shipping, which is quite expensive because it needs to go to Germany.

Bought some clothes and they were not as advertised and not the quality that was advertised. Tried to return them and they won’t tell me the address and keep avoiding the question. Not good customer service and I feel like I’ve been scammed. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all.
