Scam and low quality products.
You will not get a refund if the size is wrong or you just don't like the ordered item. They will stall in answering (one email every three days), not giving you the address to send back the item, pushing the "if the item is not returned in 30 days , no refund"
They will be pushing the credit and will not give you back your money.
They will not send you the address, the name of the company or anything requested. Stay away from this!!

muy negativa, la pagina web no funciona bien, el servicio de devolucion no esta bien desarrollado ni es facil hacerlo y ahora mismo me encuentro con una prenda que no quiero y ellos se han quedado con mi dinero, son rigidos y el tiempo de devolucion es espectacularmente corto, no se lo recomiendo a nadie, comprad en otro sitio

Returneret rettidigt – By Bellivaro nægter stadig refundering
Jeg har haft den værste kundeserviceoplevelse, jeg nogensinde har oplevet.
Jeg købte en jakke hos By Bellivaro, som ikke passede, og jeg meddelte allerede 9. december 2025, at jeg ønskede at benytte min fortrydelsesret og få pengene retur – ikke butikskredit.
Dette ønske blev gentaget adskillige gange i løbet af december 2025.
Efter gentagne forsøg på at presse mig til delvis butikskredit (45 %, 55 %, 65 %, 70 %) sendte virksomheden endelig en returformular den 24. december 2025.
👉 Varen blev returneret rettidigt
• Afleveret hos PostNord den 16. januar 2026 kl. 16:44
• Trackingnummer blev sendt til kundeservice flere gange
• Returneringen ligger fuldt ud inden for både virksomhedens egen returpolitik og EU’s fortrydelsesret
Den 11. februar 2026 modtog jeg en besked fra PostNord om, at den returadresse, som By Bellivaro selv havde oplyst, ikke kunne modtage forsendelsen. Samme dag kontaktede jeg virksomheden med:

trackingnummer
sporingslink
PostNords dokumenterede fejlmeddelelse
anmodning om korrekt leveringsadresse eller omdirigering

De reagerede ikke.
Efter flere ugers manglende svar, gentagne krav om allerede fremsendte oplysninger og direkte modstridende forklaringer, nægter firmaet nu refundering med henvisning til, at de “ikke har modtaget pakken” – på trods af, at problemet dokumenterbart skyldes deres egen returadresse.
De ignorerer, at:

jeg anmodede om returnering rettidigt
varen blev sendt korrekt den 16. januar 2026
al dokumentation blev fremsendt straks, da problemet opstod den 11. februar 2026
EU‑forbrugerrettigheder gælder uanset deres interne politik

Konklusion:
Hvis der opstår problemer, trækker By Bellivaro sagen i langdrag, gentager standardsvar og forsøger at slide kunden op. Pengene er stadig ikke refunderet pr. dags dato.
Jeg vil aldrig handle her igen og kan på det kraftigste fraråde andre at gøre det.

Disgusting service, total scam, avoid at all cost you will not be able to return goods currently going legal.

This company is terrible. The product I have received is not the one in the photo. I brought a jacket which had lose threads all over it, was missing a button and was the wrong colour. When I complained I was ordered a discount, but said I just wanted my money back. I repeatedly asked for the returns address, which is not on their website. They offered me more and more discount and future orders. Then I was told if the product wasn't there in 14 days I wouldn't be entitled to a refund. I posted this to the address listed on their website with a proof of postage photograph. The next day I get an email saying if you post it here I won't get a refund at all as this is not the returns address. This is simply not a company that should be operating!

Very poor customer services, sent numerous emails asking for correct address to send return item but was constantly fobbed of by what I assume was a bot. Also they only offer a discount voucher against your next purchase not a refund! further emails kept increasing the amount of a discount voucher if i accepted the item and did not return it. AVOID this company.

The jacket that arrived looked so much worse than on the pictures. I wanted to return it, but the email address provided on the website was undeliverable. Their phone number did not work either. Horrible experience.

Absolutely shocking customer service.
We ordered some clothing and when it arrived it was too small on the arms. After reading their returns policy’s you had to contact them directly to receive instructions and the returns address.
I explained and they wanted photos of the items. I sent them over within the 14 days just to be told they couldn’t open the files.
Once they opened the files the next morning, after me re sending it was out of the 14 day window and they couldn’t process the refund or returns.

I honestly think they have done this to pro long the process deliberately taking me out of the 14 days .

I’ve sent the items back and now lost my money!

I will be contacting the bank.

Ta firma oszukuje klientów . Towar nie zgodny z opisem , zwrot praktycznie nie możliwy , po 2 tygodniach wymiany maili dostałam 3 dni na zwrot do Chin . Koszt wysyłki dwukrotnie przekracza wartość zakupu. Garnitur bez metek, zadłuży, bez podszewek w niezgodnym kolorze . A na rękawach wszyte guziki pościelowe. Dawno nie widziałam tak marnej jakości ubrania . To nawet nie piżama . Ja straciłam 800pln ale Wy nie dajcie się oszukać

SCAM!!! Took 2 months for my order to arrive, when shoes finally got here they were 2 sizes too small, arrived in a plastic bag with no protection, and when I tried to return it they kept stalling and refused to give me the return address until it was no longer possible for me to ship it back within their window. Horrible quality, worse service. Avoid at all costs.

Il sito è fatto molto bene, foto splendide di articoli di lusso, con sede in Paesi Bassi, tutto per ispirare fiducia. Purtroppo, ho acquistato 3 golfi di lana che sembravano veramente eleganti. Ricevuto i prodotti dopo diverse settimane, prodotti pessimi, scadenti, niente a che fare con quello che sembravano sulle foto. Ho richiesto il reso e lì inizia una negoziazione senza fine prima con la proposta di 15% in buono acquisto, poi 30, fino a 70%. Ordered genuine leather jacket. Order arrived from China in 10 days.Jacket was synthetic PU leather. Imitation top pockets.Costs 90 euros.Never again!!! This product costs half the amount on other sites. They obviously buy cheaper, add 100% plus freight. Rubbish

Their products are so cheaply made and you cannot return items they don't refund your money they only give store credit so you can buy more of their garbage so be very careful shopping with them.. Just Horrible ..
