When my packages have been delivered it is packaged so well. I am always amazed. It would be impossible for anything to happen to the contents from rain to high heat.The quality is superb.I have just made another purchase and I am very excited to receive it.

I ordered two items: Order SPBUUS#160871 a pair of sunglasses and a sun protection hat. However, when my package arrived, it only contained the sunglasses.

This situation has caused me a lot of frustration. It appears that your warehouse shipped the order correctly, but it is possible that the package was tampered with or switched during the shipping process. I hope you will carefully review the shipping company you work with, as something clearly went wrong.

Easy and fast to order. Just one thought - it would be nice if you offered expedited shipping options.

I bought a pair of arm sleeves, a slim-fit jacket, and a poncho. The quality looks great, but they all seem to run a bit small. I’ll need to pay the shipping cost to exchange the arm sleeves and the slim-fit jacket for larger sizes. It also took four weeks for the package to arrive, which was much longer than I expected.

I am excited to try the products. They seem very promising for individuals focused on sun protection. However the descriptions of the products need significant improvement as you release more and more items. It is almost impossible to distinguish features amongst them. As you release products, consider reviewing how similar the descriptions are to existing products and perhaps emphasize the different features that would allow customers to choose best. The search feature was clubky and several items were not categorized properly. Otherwise the purchase process was seamless. Thank you.

I love my clothing! The pants fit so well and are very stylish just as pictured. I can’t wait to wear them! The hats are absolutely chic and graceful but will provide great protection. They came so well packaged I almost thought they were not in the box. Everything is well organized and allows you to know how to pack the items as well. 100*s

It takes a long time to receive your order but it is worth the wait. The folding sunglasses are genius. Perfect for packing for a trip or just less room in your purse. My husband liked them so much I ordered him a pair. Also, the sun hat is great. Light weight and full coverage. It's nice because you can bend it anyway you want. Also, I bought my husband one after he saw mine! We live in Florida so it will be great to feel so protected from the sun.

Delivery time was extremely long. Five out of six pieces ordered were unsatisfactory. The proportions of the trousers and shirt were strange. All the trousers were too short. I had followed their sizing guide very carefully, but their pieces did not even have consistent sizing. (A Large in one pair of trousers is not a Large in another.)

I've been eyeing this jacket for a while now and have decided to make the purchase. It's amazing! I walk my dog everyday and use the jacket. It's a game changer because I don't have to put on sunblock every single time. What's even better? The fabric is cooling. I didn't even know that. I had to go back and look at the description. I love this jacket so much, I got a 2nd one in a different color and will be gifting my mom and sister with a jacket.

Very disappointing customer service.

The product I received (Women's Headband Sun Visor UPF 50+ UL007) did not match the appearance shown on the website. My concern was never about normal folding creases. The actual issue was noticeable puckering across the joining area, where the fabric joints were uneven and distorted, especially near the crown. With a background in the textile industry, I know the difference between temporary creases and puckering caused during manufacturing. Despite explaining this repeatedly and providing photos, customer service continued to respond about "normal creases" instead of addressing the actual issue.

They also stated that "the hats worn by models on our website are not perfectly flat either" and suggested that the product images were not misleading. However, my concern was never about a perfectly flat appearance; it was about the puckering and uneven fabric joining that affected the overall appearance of the product.

Even after offering me a special exchange option, which I accepted and paid additional amount the product that I want to buy, and after almost the entire exchange process had been completed, the company's position changed later, claimed that the issue was not a quality defect when I requested the return shipping label. The communication from the support team was highly inconsistent, and the return process became unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.

The purchase was fine, everything is easy and without any trouble. But I never get my products, you choose YunExpress as your delivery company and they stole my package making a falsification of my signature and here I am, 3 weeks later without my products and obviously without my money too

The product I received was so good (sun protective gloves) that I placed a second order for a sun and water protective jacket, hat and ombrella.

they were okay. didnt have any problems. However, i did want to cancel an order for an item and they didnt want to do it for me. i still wanted the item either way but if you buy anything from this store, its final, they won't really let u refund before they process it unless u give a good reason.
