I bought a sun brim hat. Customer service is horrible. The product itself is flimsy and cheaply made. They try so hard to be a good product, but it's not. I order a top and hat. I never received the top that I ordered. They insisted that it was delivered. They never replaced it. Will not order from them again. Stay away from this company and don't waste your time, effort and money.

Go order somewhere else! The hat itself is not bad BUT took ages to arrive and was packaged up so tightly that the visor was very very dented and unsightly. I emailed them with photos to ask to return the item only to be told I would have to pay for shipping back to China! After several emails pointing out it was their responsibility to sort a free return they still could not offer a return label and instead offered a replacement. I accepted the replacement and asked them to package it up differently. After nearly a month of waiting the replacement arrived today - again very tightly packaged and same problem of a very dented visor. Ridiculous. Terrible customer experience.

Be very sure about your purchases from this store because the returns process is A NIGHTMARE. I ordered multiple items and the site and it didnât take too long for them to arrive. However, the package arrived looking like a raccoon on meth wrapped it. I kept half the items and proceeded to return the rest, this is when the nightmare began. They used AI customer service to question why I was returning the items and tried multiple times to get me to abort the process. Then they required me to email photos and video of the package I was sending back and also didnât cover the return shipping. The number of items I was sending back warranted going through this process, but I would caution anyone buying things from this site to be aware that they are going to be put through the wringer with returns. This company drop ships from China. Even though they have you send the package back to a USA warehouse, this package has to travel to China before they give you your money back. This process took A SOLID MONTH. This isnât âquick and easyâ returns process. Itâs fraught with frustration and unnecessary interaction with weird AI email bots. If you are ordering stuff from them, donât do it through their website. Just use Amazon. Amazon has clear return policies and it doesnât take as long to deal with things. Also, the half order I returned did not meet my expectations as far as quality. The quality of those items were cheap and didnât justify the price charged. AVOID.

There is a lot of competition in sun-protection clothing. The differentiator for me in buying online is how they handle returns and exchanges. Basic customer support for an online company.
Beneunder publishes one policy, then it's a bait & switch when I needed to return or exchange. They changed their tune to a consumer's disadvantage.
6 weeks after receiving my pants (too small), I am still waiting for my exchanged size medium.
Quote from their email today: "At the moment, our warehouse team has not yet confirmed whether they have received your item. We kindly ask for your patience. Once we verify that the item is in good condition, we will proceed. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us."
Worthless, ambiguous, slow and missing the mark on basic customer service.

There is no such thing as "happy returns". Ordered from Canadian site but had to pay to return to US after they sent me the wrong size then asked to pay more to the US. Total hassle. Had to walk away with nothing but an expensive bill.
