El producto llegó en excelentes condiciones y el tiempo de esfera, considerando el lugar de procedencia fue bastante razonable. El único detalle es que en la aplicación no se actualizo el estado del envío del producto, y no sabía que llegaba ese día hasta que el mensajero escribió por qué ya estaba frente al domicilio

I bought a sun brim hat. Customer service is horrible. The product itself is flimsy and cheaply made. They try so hard to be a good product, but it's not. I order a top and hat. I never received the top that I ordered. They insisted that it was delivered. They never replaced it. Will not order from them again. Stay away from this company and don't waste your time, effort and money.

I have sent and returned my jacket for refund but up till now I have not received my refund .

I hope to receive soon otherwise I will write in Google review !

The prices were surprisingly affordable; ease of ordering, good collection.

I ordered a pant from them, 10 minutes later i realized I ordered wrong style. try to contact their online support, which was an AI. they didn't give much help, so I thought they will ship to me. but I have been waiting for over one month, no goods receiving, no refund, mostly, they don't contact you.. just sitting on your money paid, they do nothing, can you believe it? now still I have not received anything, DO NOT Buy from this Chinese Company, so bad!! the worst ever online purchase experience.

Terrible customer service. Attempting to return a hat and no response.

Go order somewhere else! The hat itself is not bad BUT took ages to arrive and was packaged up so tightly that the visor was very very dented and unsightly. I emailed them with photos to ask to return the item only to be told I would have to pay for shipping back to China! After several emails pointing out it was their responsibility to sort a free return they still could not offer a return label and instead offered a replacement. I accepted the replacement and asked them to package it up differently. After nearly a month of waiting the replacement arrived today - again very tightly packaged and same problem of a very dented visor. Ridiculous. Terrible customer experience.

Be very sure about your purchases from this store because the returns process is A NIGHTMARE. I ordered multiple items and the site and it didn’t take too long for them to arrive. However, the package arrived looking like a raccoon on meth wrapped it. I kept half the items and proceeded to return the rest, this is when the nightmare began. They used AI customer service to question why I was returning the items and tried multiple times to get me to abort the process. Then they required me to email photos and video of the package I was sending back and also didn’t cover the return shipping. The number of items I was sending back warranted going through this process, but I would caution anyone buying things from this site to be aware that they are going to be put through the wringer with returns. This company drop ships from China. Even though they have you send the package back to a USA warehouse, this package has to travel to China before they give you your money back. This process took A SOLID MONTH. This isn’t “quick and easy” returns process. It’s fraught with frustration and unnecessary interaction with weird AI email bots. If you are ordering stuff from them, don’t do it through their website. Just use Amazon. Amazon has clear return policies and it doesn’t take as long to deal with things. Also, the half order I returned did not meet my expectations as far as quality. The quality of those items were cheap and didn’t justify the price charged. AVOID.

There is a lot of competition in sun-protection clothing. The differentiator for me in buying online is how they handle returns and exchanges. Basic customer support for an online company.
Beneunder publishes one policy, then it's a bait & switch when I needed to return or exchange. They changed their tune to a consumer's disadvantage.

6 weeks after receiving my pants (too small), I am still waiting for my exchanged size medium.

Quote from their email today: "At the moment, our warehouse team has not yet confirmed whether they have received your item. We kindly ask for your patience. Once we verify that the item is in good condition, we will proceed. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us."

Worthless, ambiguous, slow and missing the mark on basic customer service.

I will not purchase from them again.

Web site was easy to get around. I found what I was looking for quickly.

This was my first time and I ordered many items, when I received them, I was satisfied with most of stuff I got, but only 2 were not fit. I requested for exchange, sent email using your support email address from the web and also directly filled in on web over a week ago, never received any response up to now. So I have to report here. Please follow up with my request. I am attaching the screen shot for the email I sent. Please transfer my request to Beneunder customer service. Thank you in advance for your follow up afterwards.

The quality of the product is beyond horrible.the material is so poor.

The product/hat is flimsy, poor quality and not worth more than $1 and the customer service is awful. Extremely rude.

There is no such thing as "happy returns". Ordered from Canadian site but had to pay to return to US after they sent me the wrong size then asked to pay more to the US. Total hassle. Had to walk away with nothing but an expensive bill.

I would rated it zero if I could.
I purchased some item from them.
and the item came without a TAG, I did not realize it until when I packed it for return, and I requested the returned the next day when I received it, and it took two emails requests for them to respond.
No action taken after they received (approved by USPS) the return item for more than two weeks. then I was blame that the tag was missing, and not ELIGIBLE for return/exchange.
