The hat I received does not match the photos or videos at all, which was very disappointing. The material looks and feels extremely cheap and not worth the price. It’s flimsy, and the brim doesn’t hold its shape as shown in the pictures. Honestly, the quality feels comparable to something purchased from Temu, which is unacceptable at this price point.

Not the quality I would expect for the cost, pats very thin and easily wrinkled. Size is also smaller than expected.
Hats came folded and wrinkled. It would be ok if wrinkles came out but it was hard to get the hats to look nice.

I found this site through Facebook and Shop. And I’m happy I did! I live in Texas and our summers can be brutal. I love being outdoors but can’t take the direct sunlight. I’m 65 and I’m always looking for nice ways to cover up without taking in extra heat. I ordered the widest brim hat because it looked classy and functional, the perfect mix. I also ordered a rapper top that will be able to be dressed up or down. I’m really looking forward to getting these products and putting them to use.

I placed an order for a pair of yoga pants. Based on their Chinese sizing, I sized up, which was way too big for me. After trying, I requested a return via email many times, but no one ever responded until I left a nasty review on their website for them to finally respond to my email.
I mailed back the product right away, only to receive an email from them 2 weeks later claiming there are STAINS all over the pants, which is total bullshit! I took out the pants to try for two mins and put them back in the bag. That was the only time I physically had the pants in my hands.
Horrible customer service!! They also delete all the negative reviews on their website!
BE AWARE IF YOU WANNA RETURN ANYTHING!

Great products. need to return the T-shirts though as they were far too tight fitting.

I ordered from Beneunder and it took 2 weeks to get my order. I did not like the styling of the hats and they were not big enough for my head even though I have a small head. They make you email them to request a return. They said my options were to pick something else. Their website says specifically you can return items within 30 days and my items are unworn with tags still on them in their packaging. I am contacting my credit card company next.

Fast and easy checkout, just disappointed that not all items can be shipped to my location

I could not use the 15% discount that I received when I initially logged onto the site by spinning the wheel. Instead it gave me the lower 10% discount for becoming a member. There was no way to remove the 10% discount.

It’s been 3weeks not receiving my items. The customer services are using AI. No response by emails. No reachable telephone contact of the company.

The advertisement on facebook was interested and managed to create my interest to click in to shop. It was easy to navigate in the page to find what i want to buy. The sun protection hat and folding sunglasses are the items which i wanted to buy during my trip to bangkok last year, however ended up did not managed to get them. Now i have placed my order and is looking forward excitedly to receive them.

I never encountered a website with such a bad return process. You have to do everything in email. Sometimes it takes them days to send a shipping label, and sometimes they ask you to send it back yourself. Very unsatisfied with the customer service, and it seems they only has one person on customer service, songsui. Every email is handled by this person. If you want do e-commerce in US, you should follow the standard service provided by US companies.
