The packaging is not adequate for mailing. The box was too short for the tin and arrived damaged with paint leaking - the tin only had 1/3 left in it. The terms and conditions say you have to check for damage and report back to them the day of delivery. They delivered it on Friday late afternoon (outside the delivery window) so this wasn’t possible as I have a life.

Ordered 10 samples for painting outside of our house. Was using their app for colors, it was asking what the paint was for, I clicked exterior not realizing it was adding stains to my cart not the paint. Directly after placing the order I realized and I emailed right away explaining the situation and how I needed paint versions, not wood stains. This was was at 10:40pm, I then get an email 6:20am saying they cannot modify or cancel my order. I phone customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do, they also won’t accept returns. Will not be placing a new order, and certainly will not be spending hundreds of dollars with them for the main batch. What a waste of $70, mistakes happen, customer service is non existent.

I bought regal select flat. The old wall color was a light blue. I have put 2 coats of chantily lace on and the cut is still not covering. The old regal in the past would have covered no doubt. But today paying top dollar for your paint no where near covering. It's like you put super spec in a regal can. I FEEL CHEATED

I bought benjamin Moore interior paint for my house. I wanted to change from semi gloss on my walls to a satin finish. Walls had to be primed. I bought a primer. Purchased a French grey color, which I love. But the coverage is pretty bad! At 85.00 a gallon (for the best, according to sales person) it covered minimally! Every wall needed 2 coats! Lesson learned! I always used Behr paint, will in the future only use behr products. Very disappointed.

Extremely poor quality bathroom paint. It is sticky and looks very messy. I’ve tried to talk to Benjamin Moore about it and they just said I need to wipe it after every shower…what?! That doesn’t make any sense. There is clearly a fault but they are refusing to refund me and saying the paint is performing as it should…Poor quality paint and company customer service for a higher price.

I recently spent £180 on two tins of paint (gasp) to decorate my daughter’s small bedroom. It took five (ideally needed six but I’d lost the will to live by this point) coats of paint to cover a very innocuous sky blue.

I contacted customer service and was told, simply, I should have applied the paint five times as thick. I explained how ridiculously messy it would have been to try and slather such a thick layer of paint on ie drips down the wall, splatters of paint off the roller and I’m pretty sure they’re guaranteed ‘1-2 hours drying time’ would have been out the window.

Terrible, uninterested customer service with no concerns with customers satisfaction.

Terrible coverage and hugely overpriced.

The sign of a good company is how they deal with customers when things go wrong. Thought I had ordered tin of standard black exterior paint. Checked the order form. All seemed correct. Placed order. Interior paint arrived They were not interested in helping me in anyway. This is standard black - nothing unusual. Once they had my money - that was it. Apparently the SKU number (whatever that is) is the one you need to check for on the order form to differentiate between paints. This is printed at the end of the order nowhere near the paint name or number which are identical. Nowhere on the order confirmation does is state 'interior or exterior' Very misleading. Cannot vouch for the quality of their paint. If you must buy from this company just be aware they will be inflexible and unhelpful if anything goes wrong. Really poor when you're selling top price range paints. Lots of other companies out there to choose from.

I bought Razzle dazzle scuff x in Oct 21. It was stored in the house for when I had time to decorate. When I stirred it, it had all these big globules in it of dried paint. It cost £85 for the tin. I contacted customer service and they didn’t help as it was longer than 7 days since I bought it. The colour of the paint is very vibrant but full coverage takes 3 coats. Bit costly for what it is.

Conseil inexistant, on leur parle de norme ISO, il ne savent pas de quoi on parle, à se demandé qui est le professionnel dans l'histoire, je ne parle même pas de la secrétaire qui à un accent très difficilement compréhensible. Je déconseille.

I went to the showroom in Fulham and met Leo who is possibly the most charming knowledgeable guy I've ever met, just an absolute sweetheart to deal with and really knows his stuff.

Really poor service I accidentally double ordered because I thought my first order hadn’t gone through. That was my fault but I Messaged same day to cancel but they said it was too late. I offered to return at my expense unopened but answer was no as they claim they never sell this colour so couldn’t resell even though it’s a top colour on their website and designer magazines ! and they’ve been selling it or it would appear not selling it for years! I guess they can’t be doing as well as they make out although at their prices it doesn’t surprise me. Very haughty attitude too. Apparently the customer is always wrong. I won’t be buying from them again

Pas pire, un peu cher. Était bien pour une gros fête de marriage.

Brilliant from ordering to 48 hour delivery,excellent coverage,high gloss finish and like painting with liquid silk,by far the best finish with a water based paint and after only 2 days has dried with an almost scratchproof surface.
