Bennetts of Derby レビュー

Lamps arrived extremely dirty and took quite some time to get the smudges off with baking soda. Quite disappointing experience, will not be ordering from Bennetts again.

I thought the postage was expensive for just some socks compared to other companies.

Fantastic service. Necklace ordered and received the following day. Wrapped in tissue paper, the way stores used to a number of years ago.

There was a mix up with Royal Mail delivering my parcel. Bennetts sorted it out for me and showed they genuinely care about providing that service for their customers to maintain their reputation.

Still haven't received my items. Have messaged on email, Facebook and Instagram and have been ignored. Also phoned and no one answers. Really poor customer service. I have now been contacted and updated. Looks like royal mail are inundated with parcels and it may have got lost. Have been promised an update so fingers crossed my little boys item will be here in time

Ordering was easy, a pair of Joules slippers for my Aunt. Dispatched promptly and arrived as estimated. Nice touch with the smart navy tissue wrapping! She was very impressed, Thank you 😁

Good customer care, product packaging was excellent.

Nice product and really good follow-up service for the delivery.

Excellent service, diffusers arrived as expected and packaged lovely. Thank you

Easy ordering, great value and good service. My order(a Steiff teddy bear) came beautifully wrapped in a gift box and well packaged. Very impressed with Bennetts and will definitely use again.

Cool but took too long to be delivered. The delivery was cool tho

Nice items (female gifts) delivered on a reasonable timescale in a robust box.
