They take order for goods they don't have, send our wrong items and then will not refund unless you pester them. I implore you not to use them for your own peace of mind.
Guter Shop mit schlechtem Ruf
Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Kurz vor Weihnachten habe ich mir auf der deutschen Ben-Sherman-Seite ein Hemd in zwei GröÃen bestellt. Da die Lieferung aus England erfolgte und das Bestellvolumen vor Weihnachten natÃŒrlich hoch ist, hat es ein paar Tage gedauert, aber wenn man den Weg des Paketes samt Zollabfertigung bedenkt (dank Tracking gut nachvollziehbar), ist das keine Ãberraschung. Die Retoure funktionierte auch gut. NatÃŒrlich braucht man auch hier etwas Geduld, aber letztlich ging alles gut. Ich habe ein DHL-Retouren-Label erhalten und hatte keinerlei Probleme. Und das Hemd sieht super nice aus, also hat es sich sehr gelohnt.

Vom Support kam keine RÃŒckmeldung und nach etwas Recherche konnte ich mir selbst erklÀren, wie der RÃŒckversand organisiert wird. Aufgrund der schlechten Rezensionen hier, habe ich die Jacke einfach behalten, weil ich zum Versand und zum Kaufpreis nicht auch noch den RÃŒckversand (12,-â¬) zahlen wollte, ohne mir sicher sein zu können mein Geld jemals wieder zu bekommen.
Schade, dass ich die Erfahrungen anderer Kunden nicht vor dem Kauf gelesenen habe, sonst hÀtte ich sicher nichts dort bestellt.

I implore you not to use Ben Sherman online. I returned items in November, and still no refund. Despite numerous phone calls and promises - they are now blaming my "bank" (I paid using AMEX).
I've had enough - so I'm getting AMEX to get my money back using Section 75.

Vorsicht!!! "Ben Sherman" vertreibt Artikel ausschlieÃlich ÃŒber seinen Webshop. Retouren sind theoretisch möglich. Jedoch: Retourenlabels sind ungÃŒltig, sind von Ben Sherman ausgewiesenen deutschen Spediteuren bzw. Paketshops nicht lesbar. Der Kontakt zum Kundenservice wie auch zum englischen Spediteur EVRI, von dem das RÃŒcksendelabel stammt. ist nicht möglich. Beide reagieren nicht auf Anfragen. Der Telefonsupport ist nie zu erreichen. Selbst auf dem Kundenportal findet man seine Bestellung nicht mehr.
Es kann nur dringend davon abgeraten werden, bei "Ben Sherman" etwas zu bestellen.
Caution!!! Ben Sherman sells items exclusively through its online shop. Returns are theoretically possible. However: Return labels are invalid and cannot be read by Ben Sherman's designated German carriers or parcel shops. It is not possible to contact customer service or the English shipping company EVRI, which issued the return label. Neither respond to enquiries. Telephone support is never available. Even on the customer portal, it is no longer possible to find your order.
We strongly advise against ordering anything from âBen Shermanâ.
No Response, On Every Channel. Scam for sure.
I emailed the customer service email
as listed on the websiteâs Contact page and received no response for over a week.
I then tried the email address provided in my order confirmation, but every attempt results in an âundelivered mail returned to senderâ error.
I also contacted them via Instagram with no response. To make matters worse, the contact page linked in their Instagram bio returns an HTTP error.
Iâve now followed up four times on every available channel and havenât received a single reply. Completely unacceptable customer service and extremely frustrating.
To note, my order was placed on Dec 15. It is now 1/2 and I have not received it, nor have I had any indication of the item being shipped at all.

I wish i could give zero stars. I returned an item which they received on 28th November. They stated refund would be within 7 working days, still waiting!!ð¡ð¡

People should specify which website they've been having problems with. The benshermanus.com website may be fraudulent. Instead, I ordered through the official Ben Sherman site in the U.K. and my item shipped immediately and arrived in a short time. There was a flaw in the collar, which prevented me from giving it as a gift but after my complaint, they responded immediately and asked me to return it to them, as they partner with a local charity that accepts less than perfect clothing. After that, they'd refund my money. They also sent me a 25% off coupon for my trouble. Other items I've ordered from Ben Sherman in recent years, including last Christmas, have all arrived quickly and in flawless condition, so be careful out there. There seem to be imposters floating around. I'd give them 5 stars since I have to go to the hassle of returning the item, but I guess for fashion's sake (and pleasing my husband) it's worth it.

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Costumer Support ist nicht möglich. Der angegebene Link funktioniert nicht. Ein Umtausch und eine RÌckerstattung ist somit nicht möglich. Ware wurde per PayPal gekauft. PayPal mauert und hilft nicht weiter. Nie wieder!

Die Kommunikation von Informationen zu Retouren ist einfach schlecht. Ich weià bis heute nicht, ob meine RÌcksendung bearbeitet wird und ob ich mein Geld zurÌck bekomme.

Used to love this brand, but now they have closed down their service, it appears. It has now been over 30 days since they received my returns, and they claim they have sent me the refund, but it never arrives.
Untrustworthy
They are untrustworthy and there is no communication with them. I ordered 4 items from them, the purchase charged to my credit card. Three weeks later the package arrived with 2 MISSING items. Ben Sherman was informed of the missing 2 items and there was NO response from them after 2 emails. After I contacted the credit card company, Ben Sherman refunded me $12.00 less the total amount I paid. Fortunately, the credit card company is dealing with the problem. Their game is bait and switch. No loyalty to customers.

I see I am not alone with my lone star review. I ordered a pair of boots in August - order accepted confirmed. I wait - no news, I email (twice) and no response, I phone and join a queue and am caller no.1 and cut off (seven times over 2 days) - I call again on third day and my call is answered only to be told my order was cancelled (now nearly two weeks after my order) - I have not had any correspondence about the cancellation nor a refund. The boots I ordered I had originally ordered in April but they got âlostâ so when they turned up on sale again I reordered. I have sent a mail of complaint had no response and still await my refund. Ben Sherman weâre very good but now more BS - think twice before ordering online

I ordered 2 polo shirts online, got an email back saying one isn't in stock, they will send refund back to my account, I'm still waiting after 4 weeks, returned 2nd polo shirt through Evri, return confirmed, chased refund 4 times through email, no response, phone 4 times phone cuts off even though I am 1 in the queue. Now they have emailed asking for proof of return from Evri, this firm is a proper joke, will i ever get my money back, how can you speak to someone when emails aren't replied to & phone cuts you off.
Faulty goods, zero response
Faulty goods, zero response to emails. A return of defective boots was simply not processed despite return being confirmed, and the replacement pair ordered on the same day were never sent, with no communication at all.
PayPal fortunately refunded both orders, otherwise I am confident I would have been charged twice with no recourse.
Do not purchase from them under any circumstances.
Out of stock items still up online
Ordered three polo shirts 10 days ago - the order was accepted and delivery given as 3-7 working days. Today (i.e. 10 days later), I have received a notification that two items are out of stock and the one remaining item will be despatched soon. They have said that a refund will be given in 5 working days - they shouldn't have taken the money at all if they didn't have the goods to sell! Wished I'd read the reviews before placing the order!
