They are terrible to do returns. You can't get no one on the phone. The first call they send me an email that they would call me in 24 to 48 hours. They never did! I tried again and they want my credit card for five dollar refundable charge. Never again will I buy on line. Terrible service 😑

I am surprised at all the negative reviews!!! I ordered a pair of shoes and I absolutely love them!!!! They are not only comfortable ( I usually do not wear shoes. I wear sandals or boots but there is a period of time when I need actual shoes before the summer and after the winter This pair of shoes is perfect and so very comfortable. I just ordered a pair of sandals and I am hoping they are comfortable as well.

I ordered a pair of shoes. It is impossible to speak to anyone in customer service. I returned the shoes. I have been trying to get a refund, to no avail. I don’t know what more to do.

I placed an order in Dec 2025 that was delivered to the wrong address. Like the previous reviews, I have tried calling, and been told their are no agents to answer my call, I have emailed numerous times and get an AI generated response. This has been going on for a month now, and still no shoes.

They are impossible to get hold of for questions about a return that are not answered on the website started emailing them on 4 January and they still have sending me stock letters telling me someone will contact me and it is 13 January. Their telephone contact is not actually a telephone contact. It just tells you to go to the website. They are stonewalling me, hoping that I will forget about my problems and just accept their unacceptable return policy. It was not clear when I bought them that they were going to take the kinds of restocking… Charging for shipping when I had free shipping, etc. etc. bad company will never do business with them again clearly other people have had the same problem. I will never deal with a company that does not have a live human being that I can deal with.

I purchased a pair of EMOVE sneakers when I saw they were supporting Breast Cancer and I was very satisfied with the shies. I wear an 11 W and the fit was perfect.
My only negative comment was that the dhoe laces did not stay tied. I had to knot them to keep them tied.
I ended up ordering 1/4 inch laces on line as a replacement.

I ordered the "Wallis shoe". The size and width were okay but the sole of the shoe was hard as a rock. Very cheap made shoe. I will never order this brand of shoe again.

Sent my orthopedic shoes WITHOUT the inserts. All I wanted them to do was send me the inserts. They said they couldn’t do that. I had to send them back. Explained to them the reason I brought shoes online is because I am a senior citizen with mobility issues and cannot get to the post office. Now they don’t answer my emails anymore. I will have to go through the credit card company for restitution. DON’T buy.

False information on website. Many of the styles (for example: Erling, Exclaim, Edele) all say "extended widths available", but when you click on an extended width, ALL SIZES are immediately crossed out! A complete waste of time!

I once thought some of the most comfortable shoes were from Easy Spirit. Bought a pair for my son's wedding late October. Loved the smaller heel and color. We walked less than a half mile to venue. Had five open bleeding blisters. Sat all evening. Two weeks later, finally healing. Easy spirit Chantal. Bought early September and wedding on 25 Oct. Both amazon and easy spirit had 30 day return. So both refused any compensation.

I ordered a couple of pairs of Easy Spirit shoes after I broke my toe. I really don't know what I would have done without them. I was able to tolerate the toe pain while wearing them, in fact it helped the healing process. So of course now, it's all I will wear.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair was cancelled with no explanation. The second pair didn't fit, so I started a return process online and took the shoes to the UPS store as directed. While the website said that I would receive a full credit to my original payment method, I was given a store credit instead. After much difficulty and a lengthy phone call, I got the refund changed back to my credit card.

Buyer beware, this online vendor is scamming their customers!

Years ago Easy Spirit was a top notch company with an excellent product. I've had a foot injury all my life and Easy Spirit shoes were the only ones I could wear. Now Easy Spirit is a junk brand with absolutely no consistency in sizing. The reason for this is that they now send their orders to China, Vietnam, India and Brazil to be made up so the sizes are all over the place and usually way too small to fit.

Scam. Sent shoes back b/c they didn't fit. They said they refunded the money, but it never hit my account. Girl i spoke with said there was nothing she could do - didn't care. Terrible contact info/website.

Sizing of shoes/sandals is very inconsistent. I wear an 8 1/2 wide. Even for me two pairs of sandals that I ordered were way too wide in the material at the top of these shoes. I return them and got an 8 1/2 medium. Now these are slightly tight by the toe.And a A Lot of materials still towards the ankle. I think they changed who makes their shoes. They're horrible. I'm never buying from them again and I was a good customer for years.

I returned the Glitz shoes because there was not enough arch support and they did not look as fashionable as on the picture. It was easy to return them, but the refund was $11.00 less than I had paid. I think that they should be honest and make that policy known at the time one buys the shoes. You have to dig to find that policy on their page.

I have worn nothing but Easy Spirits since I was old enough to choose my own shoes. I just ordered shoes for my sister as she’s always complimenting on my shoes. I have at least 10 pair for all occasions, they go everywhere! I wear 6.5 narrow. Easy Spirit always has what I need. I’ve never been disappointed with this brand!! 100%

Ordered on February 3, 2025 ES-3652533, MY GUESS ITHIS SHOES WERE MADE LONG TIME AGO.

I ordered two pairs of easy spirit shoes at 30% off. I have not received them yet. Today I see them at 40% off. I waited inline 30 minutes to reach them. I was told they never give price adjustments. I asked for a supervisor & the rep said the same thing. I will never purchase shoes from the again.

I bought two pairs of sandals on line. The shipment started on June 10 with delivery date June 13, after June 16. Apparently the order arrived to my city but someone on Easy Spirit ordered to send back the package without any notification to me. I called them on June 16 and immediately they offer a reimbursement in aprox two weeks or reorder paying the full price. Today I contacted them again and the response was the same. The agent processed the refund without considered a reshipment option.
