Complete scam I deposited £100 it was taken from my bank but not credited to the account and they say the funds will be refunded to my bank..... Yeah right ☹️

I created an account just to warn everyone do not play on this website, they will always take days to pay you and will say it was some error in finance department. They eventually pay but only after weeks of contacting non stop. stay away from beonbet

I won £2000,
Tried to withdraw over the space of nearly a week, sent in all relevant documents to get verified,
Sent these in over and over!
Just be be told that I need to wait.
Now they have blocked me!.
Tried logging in, and now says sorry we are not currently working in your country,

Awful site stay away!!!! The casino games spin really fast and most of them don’t work, one of the worst choice of games I have ever come across, truely horrendous site, only way to take time out or self exclude is to email support and they never reply they probs just delete emails on arrival cos that’s the kind of site they operate. It’s lucky to get 1 star, everything about the site is truely woeful. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

They now owe me over 2700$ CAD and they have been delaying the payment. Canceling the payment. Asking me to resubmit the payment. Since December 2nd. I am fully verified. Matthew, the supposed ViP manager has lied to me over 25 times saying the funds will arrive soon.
I will have a 3rd party intervene. My objective is to get my money and then have them blacklisted. I am not a soar loser complaining about a casino; I’m someone who played, won, is fully verified and they are doing everything they can to not pay me. Corruption!!

I don't think this site is a scam, but they're not doing themselves a favour by taking ages to verify players and pay out. I had to chase chat for almost 10 times until they verified me on the spot, having had sent them all of my documents many days prior.

After verification, my withdrawal was completed in 36 hours.

RTP is generally good as well, but note that deposits need to be wagered THREE TIMES. Most online casinos is only 1x wagering...

Company has taken over £2000 in bets from me to which I had win and tried to withdraw £1000 I then had a terrible time trying to verify my account, I felt like they were constantly trying to make it as hard as possible for me to get my money, so much so that I cancelled my withdrawal and thought I’d try with lesser amounts, I’ve since tried to withdraw £85 and now I’m sitting on day 4 still not having received my money, I would urge everybody to stay clear of this site, bad news

Very bad experience – no license, no player protection, no fairness

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from beOnBet.com.

They don’t have a valid German gambling license, which I found out only later. According to German and EU law, such contracts are invalid, meaning they must refund deposits — but they completely refuse to do so.

I was in regular contact with my support manager and told them several times that I couldn’t control myself and that I needed my money to pay my bills. I clearly showed signs of a gambling addiction, but they ignored it completely.

In one case, they temporarily blocked my account when I asked — but the next time, after I won €500 and asked to be blocked again so I could withdraw, they delayed for more than 1.5 hours and did nothing until I lost all my money. Only then did they finally block my account.

They also take weeks to “investigate” every issue, but nothing ever changes — they just send the same generic replies.

beonbet shows no responsibility, no transparency, and no respect for players. They ignore player protection laws and basic fairness.

Scam site. Very easy to register and deposit but withdrawal is impossible. Got verified through their KYC portal relatively quickly but have now had 4 withdrawl attempts cancelled by the site for no reason other than "technical difficulties". They return it to your account and wait for you to play and eventually lose. Awful and corrupt company. STAY AWAY

The casino’s KYC process takes forever. It feels like a deliberate delay so that players get frustrated and end up gambling their money back. I do not recommend this casino to anyone who is used to quick KYC verification and fast payouts. I haven’t even received my winnings yet, and I doubt I ever will. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

RESPONSE TO BEONBET REPLY: They are lying about not self excluding the account when asked. I have pictures to confirm it if any regulation board would like to see them.

Summary: Long process for verification, after verification, withdrawal limits are $1200 per transaction, will not allow self exclusion with account balance.

Factual timeline: Oct 19 I gambled around ~2500CAD and got it upwards of ~$10000. On Oct 19 I placed my first 3 withdrawal requests of $1300 which the support chat advised me to do. All 3 failed although all documents were pending. I then got verified on Oct 21st, and my first withdrawal of $1200 is processed properly. After this, from Oct 21 until Oct 26, my next 7 withdrawal requests "expired" and balance was readded to my account. Every time I went to a support chat, I was told that it was escalated to the financial department to which I never heard back once. I asked to self exclude while I was ahead, but was told that I would have issues withdrawing funds if my account was self excluded. On Oct 26, my next successful withdrawal of $1200 was processed, again followed by 3 more that expired due to technical difficulties then on Oct 29 another successful withdrawal. After such a long process, I unfortunately got frustrated and ended up losing the rest of the winnings while gambling, exactly as they intended by making the withdrawal process nearly impossible. The second time I asked support chat to self exclude, they said it would have to be through my VIP manager. After quoting the Curacao gaming commission's rules that it must be available on the website and not through email, instantly I was self excluded. This website is run by bad actors trying to take advantage of gambling addicts.

Be patient, withdrawals will process, but just know that it will take weeks if it is a larger sum. I also escalated this to the Curacao gaming board complaints email in hopes that it sparks an investigation.

Do not use these thieves. They are from Russia and refuse to pay out withdrawals. They will continue to ask for verification documents then once you finally get verified they will blame the method of withdrawal on your bank. There are so many better sites.DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.

Sent all my documents and was told verification approved. Then tried to withdraw and was told verification wasn't approved i needed to send financial proof. None of this was needed when depositing, just when id won the best (obviously) very convenient for the company. Ive now sent all documents in and been ignored. They just dont want to pay you out when you win. Moved the goalposts several times and when they cant move them anymore they just blank yiur emails. Shocking website.

The welcome Bonus is a scam . its $150 deposit bonus . 6x rollover . I had my bonus money near $1000 when I completed the rollover requirement and they only give you $150 converted to cash . not the amount you actually win .
