Spam emails and refused to close my account
I tried to close my account, but my Vip manager intentionally tried to prevent me from closing my account and insted was just offering me free spins to keep on playing. I asked at least four time to close my account and he was just messing around. After I said I write a bad review, he closed my account.

Total joke
Vertification process is terrible
Loved this site to begin with, good games on the casino and won a few hundred pound. However I was notified that my account was verified. When I tried to withdraw it kept returning to my account after 24 hours. Wjenni contacted them , they said I needed to vertify again as it was a fake message???
Very strange.
I was then sent the wrong email to send my documents. I waited again for 48hours to then have to contact them and ask why. I was then sent the right email. Then my mistake I sent them using another email. All this time and I still never received a single email from them,which is quite concerning. I queried this and was told it was basically normal?
I since sent the documents again. I've messaged the again and still waiting?
It's almost 2 weeks now. Let hope I do recieve my winnings 🙏
It's now 3 weeks and the excuses are laughable now!!
