I’ve had this rug for a couple of weeks now and I really like it. It feels well made and has a nice thickness to it without being too heavy.

The colors are a bit warmer than they looked on my screen, but honestly it works better in my space than what I was expecting. It gives the room a softer, more cozy feel.

When I first opened it, it had that natural wool smell, which went away after a few days. Not a big deal, just something to mention.

It’s not perfectly “uniform” like store rugs, but I think that’s the point—it feels more real and handmade, which I appreciate.

Overall, I’m happy with it. It looks great, feels good quality, and I’d definitely consider buying another one in the future.

Just got my Moroccan rug and it looks really nice. The craftsmanship is clear and it feels soft. It fits well in my space and looks like the photos. Happy with it.

Had a custom Moroccan rug made and they guided me with choosing the colors. I wasn’t sure at first but they made it simple. The craftsmanship is solid and it feels soft underfoot. I’m happy with it.

The Moroccan rug looks great in my living room. You can tell it’s handmade and the craftsmanship is there. It’s also quite soft. Took a bit of time to arrive but nothing unexpected.

I bought 6 rugs directly from this seller instead of via Etsy. They were ordered in April 2023. Five of them are great although they took a lot longer to produce and ship (3 1/2 months) than I was told when i ordered them, and one rug wasn’t delivered with the other 5 and
was separately sent to me after I notified the seller of the missing rug.

Unfortunately one of the rugs was 6 inches shorter than what I ordered and wasn’t long enough to contain the furniture in the room for which I purchased it. Initially Oumaima said they would make a new rug for me and I could send back the one that was too short.

Nearly 9 months later, in late March 2024 (almost one year after the original order), after multiple follow ups on the status of the new rug, Oumaima said the new rug was drying and asked me to weigh the rug I was sending back (they were paying for shipping). When I told her I didn’t have a way to weigh it and asked her to weigh a similar rug, she stopped replying and after 3 follow ups over 2 months, I gave up. She has blocked me on Etsy.

It’s very disappointing to have a seller make a mistake, give you hope of a resolution and then disappear completely. I was VERY patient with all the delays and appreciative of the offer to replace the rug, but ultimately I never got the replacement rug. Not cool.

They have charged me over $6500 for a custom rug, delivered a damaged and discolored rug, offered to remake instead of giving me my money back and now wont provide an update on when they will deliver the rug. I have had to reach out to my bank about fraud so they can notify their bank in Morocco. Absolutely terrible communication from the owner.

Update 12/17/2025 after the vendor posted a response: Oumaima, I have written proof which I have submitted to trustpilot with all the images of our communication where you have not responded. I see that you have negatively reviewed my business on google after lying about delivering this product which you did not, so I am going to use the proof I have and submit it on Google about your business Berber Creations. I have provided you no service from my business and instead you were the one providing me a product, so it is inaccurate and wrongful of you to leave a bad business review on my profile under the name Soufiane BA. For anyone looking for proof about this vendor, please visit my business Hyrel Mathias Interiors, LLC where Oumaima has left a damaging review after robbing me and my clients off their money and leaving me to deal with distressed clients after one year of being unresponsive. In 2024, they delivered another rug that was discolored of which I have written communication proof during which they offered a 10% discount. The particular order is a custom 16 foot x 16 foot rug which arrived in Seattle in June 2025 after placing the order in January 2025 and it was completely discolored and in poor condition. The vendor themselves admitted to it being in poor shape but refused a refund, instead offered to remake the rug and promised delivery of it in October 2025. After multiple attempts of reaching out, the last response from them was on November 19th 2025 saying they need more time. After repeatedly asking for a delivery date, there has been no response from the vendor which led me to having to involve our banks. Absolutely shameful business practice from this vendor. Additionally, they lured me off of Etsy saying they work with designers all the time so they could process transactions without Etsy fee. My bad on trusting them!

Excellent customer service! I wanted a custom-sized rug with a blend of colors I couldn’t find anywhere else. They guided me through the options and the finished rug exceeded my expectations.
