We are truly sorry to read that you feel disappointed. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we never want any customer to feel unhappy with their purchase.

First, we would like to clarify that this rug was a custom-made order, carefully handcrafted specifically for you by Berber women artisans in Morocco. Each rug is made entirely by hand, knot by knot, using traditional techniques. Because of this handmade process, slight variations in tone and texture are natural and part of the authenticity of a true artisan rug. Lighting, screen settings, and natural wool variations can also affect how colors appear online compared to in person.

Regarding the return, we absolutely do accept returns. However, as explained in our policy, custom-made rugs and rugs that have been placed or used cannot be resold as new. Once a handmade rug has been unrolled, placed on the floor, and handled, it is no longer in its original production condition. As a small Moroccan business working directly with women artisans — not a large factory — we cannot absorb the full loss of a custom piece that was created especially for one client.

We also want to clarify that we always inspect every rug carefully before shipping. Quality control is extremely important to us because every piece represents weeks of manual work by our artisans.

We understand this situation is frustrating, and we remain open to respectful communication to find a fair solution. Our goal has always been to provide authentic, high-quality handmade Moroccan rugs while supporting traditional craftsmanship and the women who depend on this work.
