The product was wrong size. I followed the return procedure, but the item was not picked up and Item is now returned to me

This store is cheating people, stay away from it

I ordered shoes, the wrong size (this is irrelevant). I returned them to the store in Germany at my own expense. No one picked up the order, and apparently it's being returned to my address. There's no tracking information anywhere. I paid over 2,000 NOK in advance. There's no communication with the store. This has been going on for over a month now and nothing is known yet. Avoid shopping at bergzeit.no.

They don’t take handle the return. They advice in the return process but they not pick up the return after following their process. The say they do but they are lying. Be aware of unprofessional people!

Update 26th of Nov. got refunded the amount paid now for VAT. All good

Update 24th November: had the response from the customer service now that they will reimburse the VAT. If this is done the score is increased.

Siden annonserer med at alle ordre kommer til deg tollfritt. Kvitteringen sier "VAT included". Men når pakken kom påløp MVA og fortolling.
Kundetjenesten har ikke svart på henvendelse sendt for fem dager siden. Blir 1* det. Selv om varen var god og butikken har mye bra

Norwegian VAT and fees will be added upon pickup, even though it’s a Norwegian site suffix and trustpilot has the site located in Norway. Made my order twice as expensive.

Hadde fått fem stjerner, om de hadde send epost oppdatering med info om når pakken var send og sporingsnummer.
